Charlie's POV

Instead of practice tonight, Coach brought us to a hockey game. Banks came too and Jesse wasn't too pleased with that idea. He kept calling him cake-eater. I didn't really mind Banks. I just hope he doesn't take it personally. I tried being friends with Banks, but Jesse butted in and told him that he'd never be an actual duck like the rest of us are.

I sat next to Bella and next to her was Connie and Guy. Next to me was Averman and then Adam. Below us was Karp, Peter, Fulton, Jesse, Terry, Tammy, Tommy and Coach. This game was so cool and would've been better if we didn't hear snoring from someone. Take a guess who it was, it was Bella. She fast asleep next to me. Adam was getting stares by Larson and McGill who sat about 25 feet over from us.  I watched the game and we all yelled and cheered once the team we were routing for scored.

"Hey, anyone know what the fight was about at school?" Averman asked.

"No, but we all know Bella was involved." Connie said looking at Averman and I. Bella was fast asleep and it will take the big buzzer to wake her up. Connie and Guy were holding hands, they had smiles on their faces the whole time. I just talked with Averman and Jesse the whole time. Adam didn't want to join in on our conversation.

"We're gonna kill them tomorrow guys!" Jesse said. He was so ready to kill those Hawks. I think we all were ready. Adam just wanted to play hockey whether he was with us or them.

"Sure are! Is everyone going to be there tomorrow?" I asked.

"Should be, unless some gets sick in the next couple hours." Jesse said.

"Yeah, or get hurt tonight doing something stupid." Averman added.

"I'm sure everyone will be there tomorrow." Adam said. We all turned and looked at him, I smiled a little. But Jesse was still gonna sass off and be rude to him no matter what.

"Maybe you're right, Adam." I chimed in. He smiled and went back to watching the game. I turned to look at the game and when I did, I saw Peter, Karp and Terry fooling around. They had put food all over Bella and all over her hair. I laughed a little, she was going to give them a taste of their own medicine for doing that.

"What are you guys doing?" Connie asked.

"What does it look like were doing?" Peter asked throwing some more popcorn in her hair.

"Cut it out, before I poor coke all over you?" Connie threated. They stopped and turned around and sat back in their seats watching the game.

"Man, you're serious, Connie." I said, she looked at me and nodded. I went back to watching the rest of the game, our team we were routing for was winning by two.

Soon the game ended and we all headed back. Bella woke up, but didn't do anything. She just took the popcorn out of her hair and left it on the ground for the birds to eat. She and Connie walked together and I could hear them laughing behind us. Coach was going to drop us all off at our houses. Bella said she'd come with me to my place again, just in case.

My house was last and coach dropped us off. He left with his chauffer. I forget his name already. I walked upstairs to my place with Bella trailing behind me carrying her hockey bag and I carried mine. We thought we had practice, but we didn't so we had to haul them back after we watched the game earlier. She missed the whole thing and boy, it was a great game. I can't wait to play there one day. Whether it's in the NHL or with the ducks on our some day.

"Who won?" She asked as I shut the door to the house.

"Our team." She nodded and plopped down on the couch. My mom wasn't asleep, she was in the kitchen making supper or cleaning up before we ate.

"Hey Charlie!" She called. I left Bella there and walked into the kitchen. "Good, you're here. Anyway, later on tonight I am going out. Will you be okay staying here?" I nodded.

"Yeah, Bella's here tonight. She's taking the couch." My mom nodded and told me that she made some food for us and left it on the stove at the back. I know how this all works. I know the burners are hot and I know where food is if I need any. Bella usually just asks where it is and then she'll get it or I'll get it for her if she has absolutely no clue where it is.

"Bye Bella, I'll be going out tonight."

"Okay, have fun Mrs. Conway." I was in the kitchen still.

"Yes dear, you too." This felt so strange for me. It felt like as if I was letting her meet my parents and or mom for the first time ever. But really, she already knows my mom and my mom knows her. I don't know what's up with me, but what ever.

"Bye." The door shut and my mom had left. I went to my room to watch my own show and or do some homework. I had science to do and some math. I assume Bella has some math since she was asleep during that class. I started on my homework and turned the tv off so I could listen to some music on my ears.

Awhile later I felt something touch my shoulder. I jumped and fell off my chair. I looked up and saw Bella there laughing so hard. "That was funny." She told me.

"I'll get you back, Bella. Just wait for it."

"Okay." She said and shrugged her shoulders and left. I shut my stuff off and decided to go to bed so I don't end being like Bella and sleeping during class and or for the game tomorrow. I heard some banging out there and thought it was just Bella and that she'll be fine out there alone on the couch.
