Frank

Frank was waiting for Annabeth, Percy and Shaley to jump out if wherever they were hiding and yell 'April fools!' And for Jason to start laughing like a maniac.

Of course it wasn't April.

And Shaley would probably never do that.

And Jason seemed dead serious.

Frank decided that they weren't pulling his leg, "what do you think happened to them?"

"Oh gee let me think." Leo said sarcastically, "Obviously nobody hates them. And there is no war going on. So I'm totally stumped."

Frank glared at Leo, he could be annoying at times but at least they weren't fighting over Hazel anymore.

"Frank means," Hazel said, "that if someone could kidnap Annabeth, Percy and Shaley they would have a chance to take us too. Why wouldn't they do so?"

Frank shot her a grateful glance, "yeah."

"Let's search for clues the person who took them may have left behind." Piper suggested.

"You mean like Scooby Doo?" Leo asked.

"Yep."

They had been searching for over an hour, but they found nothing. Although in Percy's room it would be hard to find any clues because he never cleaned it.

Shaley, Piper said, had been training. Hazel and Frank had looked to find nothing but decapitated dummies.

Annabeth's room was perfectly clean, but there was no sign of any clues.

Exhausted, Frank went into his room and lied on his bed. He closed his eyes and drifted to sleep. Instead of a normal demigod dream he got pictures of things. Like a man in a black coat next to a woman. And the seven falling in battle.

Frank woke up sweating. He quickly got dressed and ran into the mess hall.

"Bad dream?" Hazel asked.

Frank nodded.

"We have good news." Hazel said.

"What?"

"Leo thinks he found a clue."

"That's great!" Frank said.

"C'mon!" Hazel said. She pulled him into Jason's room.

Frank got dragged into Jason's room, "where's the clue?"

"Right here," Leo said, "it was in one of the books in Annabeth's room."

"Show us the clue Leo." Piper said. She was sitting on Jason's bed next to Jason.

Leo took a piece of paper out of his pocket, he quickly scanned it, "it says: Dawn."

"What does that mean?" Jason asked.

"I know." Piper said.

"What?" Hazel asked.

"Eos."

"Who?" Frank asked.

"The goddess of Dawn," Piper said. "She and Ares were, well, in love and Aphrodite got jealous. Aphrodite got the cutest mortal men and started dating them. Then Ares got jealous and Ares and Aphrodite got back together."

"Wow." Leo said.

"So Eos kidnaped Shaley, Annabeth and Percy?" Jason asked.

"Looks like it." Piper said grimly.

"What should we do?" Hazel asked.

"We could Iris Message them." Frank suggested.

"Frank you're a genius!" Hazel cried flinging her arms around him.

"What about me?" Leo asked. "Does Leo get a hug?"

Normally Frank would've been jealous, but the way Leo said it sounded more taunting instead of desperate. Maybe Hazel was right about him meeting another girl.

Hazel smiled, "maybe later."

Frank fished a drachma out of his pocket, they went into the kitchen and created a rainbow.

"Oh Iris, goddess of the rainbow, please accept my offering. Show me Percy." Piper said.

"Guys!" Percy said.

"Where are you?" Jason asked.

"Athens," Percy said. "Me and Annabeth are going to be sacrifices at the festival of Spes."

"What about Shaley?" Hazel asked.

"Shaley's gone?" Percy asked.

"Yeah. We thought she was with you." Frank said.

"Maybe she is trying to find us." Percy said.

"Maybe." Leo said.

"Where's Annabeth?" Piper asked.

"She's being kept somewhere else." Percy said.

"Do you know where she is?" Jason asked.

Percy shook his head.

"Perseus!" A voice said.

"Eos is here," Percy said quickly "bye."

Percy disconnected the Iris Message.

"Bye." Frank said.

"We're heading to Athens right?" Hazel asked Leo.

"Yeah," He said. "Seven more days."

"Great." Piper said.

Frank took another drachma out if his pocket, "oh Iris, goddess of the rainbow, please accept my offering. Show me Shaley."

Shaley appeared.

"Where are you?" Jason asked.

Shaley spun around, her eyes had anger in them, "what are you doing?" She hissed.

"Um, Iris Messaging you?" Leo said.

"Shh!" Shaley said. "They are monsters near by!"

"What are you doing?" Hazel whispered.

"Finding my idiotic brother." She answered.

Something roared in the background and Shaley waved her hand through the Iris Message.

"Nice person," Frank said.

"Give her a chance," Hazel said. "She probably hasn't worked with other people before."

"We're not even sure we can trust her." Frank said.

"Well, until you can prove she can't be trusted we can trust her." Hazel snapped.

Frank flinched and stormed to his room.

He heard Hazel pleading for him to go back. But he didn't go back.

Come boy, Gaea said in his mind, join me your friends don't need you. They don't want you.

Gaea had spoken in his mind many times, it was always the same.

But this time he agreed.
