Jason: Chapter 10

Jason

After Frank stormed off Hazel burst into tears. Piper had her sit on the couch and tried go comfort her.

Jason and Leo stood there awkwardly.

"Repair Boy!" Piper said, "go get us some lunch!"

"Yes Beauty Queen!" Leo said saluting and marching off.

Jason kept standing there as Piper continued to comfort Hazel.

"So...um...I'm going to go talk to Frank." He said walking away.

Jason knocked on the door of Frank's room.

"Hey man, can I come in?" Jason asked. No answer. Jason opened the door. He walked in, and froze in terror. The room was completely deserted.

Piper, Leo and Hazel ran into the room after Jason called for them.

Hazel gasped "what happened?"

"I don't know." Jason said.

"Do you think he's somewhere else on my baby?" Leo asked.

"No," Jason said, "we would have heard him leave his room."

"Now there's only four of us." Piper whispered shakily.

Jason hugged her and she laid her head on his chest.

Then they started kissing. Hazel and Leo backed out of the room.

When Jason pulled away Piper gasped for air. She smiled and walked out of the room.

Jason wanted to smile but he knew Piper's smile was forced.

Jason walked into the mess hall. Leo had made tacos for everyone. Jason ate his quickly and went into his room.

Someone knocked on his door.

"Come in," He said.

Piper opened the door and walked in.

"Hi." Jason said.

"Hey," Piper said, "I've been having these dreams-"

She paused and Jason nodded encouragingly.

"About you turning evil and killing me." Piper finished.

"So you're wondering if I would ever do that to you?" Jason asked.

"Yeah."

Jason grabbed her face and smashed his lips onto hers.

After a few minutes Piper pulled away.

"Does that answer your question?" He asked.

"Yes," she said smiling. This time, Jason could tell, it was not forced.

When they got into the mess hall Leo was laughing.

"What?" Piper asked.

"Leo put up security cameras in our rooms." Hazel said.

"You saw that?" Jason asked.

Leo nodded, still laughing.

"You are so dead." Piper said unsheathing Katoptris.

Leo stopped laughing and ran off, with Piper on his tail.

Hazel smiled. Then her face got serious.

"I wonder where Frank is." She said.

"Look," Jason said, "Frank is strong. He can take care of himself."

"You're right." Hazel said, but she didn't look completely sure.

"Only seven days until we get to Athens." He said.

"Yeah."

"Until we face Gaea."

"Yeah."

"Until we find Percy, Annabeth and Shaley."

"Yeah."

"Will you be my slave for life?"

"No!" Hazel said.

"So you were paying attention." Jason said.

"No."

"Did you even hear what I said?"

"No."

"Are you even listening?"

"No." Hazel said smiling.

Jason smiled back and went out onto the deck. He breathed in the fresh air. Everything was perfect. He jinxed it.

Three two-headed serpent-tailed dogs leaped on top of him. Jason let out a cry of surprise.

The biggest of the three slashed at Jason and he could feel blood pouring out of his arm. He couldn't reach his coin. He heard Hazel, Leo and Piper racing onto the deck. The last thing he heard was Hazel and Leo yelling, and Piper crying in despair.

Jason opened his eyes. His arm wasn't bleeding anymore. They must have given him ambrosia and nectar.

Hazel was standing next to him, she look sad and angered.

"Hey," Jason said.

Hazel jumped, "oh, you're awake."

"Where are the others?"

"Leo's in the engine room." She said.

"And where's Piper?"

Hazel bit her lip, "the Orthrus took her."

"How?"

"The alpha pulled her off the ship by the leg."

"Why didn't you stop it?" Jason demanded.

"We were fighting the other Orthrus." Hazel said.

Jason stood up, "we have to find her."

"Leo tried." Hazel said, "he can't find her."

"We have to try harder." Jason said running out of the sickbay and into the mess hall.

"We did everything we could." Hazel said, catching up to him, and then she repeated what Jason had said earlier. "Piper is strong. She can take care of herself."

So now Piper, Frank, Annabeth, Percy are gone. Yep. I am that evil. The next chapter will be Piper. You might have to wait a while for the next update.

I know you might be mad that I am taking a break from some of my stories. So I'll make you a deal. If you follow me than comment on one of my stories an idea for the next chapter, I'll update.

But I'm under too much stress. This is my first year on Wattpad and I have, like, five stories going on at the same time.
