Chapter 8

Christy's P.O.V******

What I see in front of me breaks my heart into tiny pices. My wolf whines. Chase jerks his head up and his eyes full of regret. Right now I have a plan, " Continue on, we are not mates after all." I say as I laugh evily. He looks back at me and continues to make out with cake face, freak. One day he is all don't touch her she is mine! Then he is all you actually think I love you?! He is so...frustrating!!!

I go to Axel's room to find him bored to death. My poor buddy.

"So, uh, I was wondering...you know uh if you uhh wanted to uh go out?" I say looking nervous as hell. He chuckles and stands up. He walks towards me and runs a hand through his hair.

"Sure!" He says looking happy. I knew all along that he liked me more than a friend, but I am not using him, I am going out with him before Moon Goddess knows when I will forgive my mate. I hug him as he carries me and twirls me around. I look at him before I kiss him. Soon the kiss becomes a little bit more passionate and heated. I sit on his lap and I let him squeeze my ass a bit. I know we rushed into this but come on, cut some slack into this kid, he liked me for like forever and he is a hot boyfriend/bestfriend.

"Let. Go. Of. Her!" Says Chase with a growl which turned me on a bit. A BIT ONLY!

"No. Go to your girlfriend, mate or whatever. I am busy with my boyfriend and I am happy." I say full of honesty. Axel noticed my sincere and wraps his arms around my waist and smiles, burying his face in the crook of my neck. He is just perfect.

Chase stomps off probably angry as hell.

"Are you using me Chris to get him back?" He asks sounding completely hurt.

"No, I actually thought that before I even forgive the ass of a mate, I should go out with you. I do like you. A lot actually. Why can't we be mates?" I ask myself. Axel chuckles and nods in agreement. We go to the theater room which is ONLY for Alpha Chase, Beta Brian, and their TRUE mates. So he can't complain. Axel stops and looks at me.

"You are family so you come with future Luna." I say childish. He chuckles and nods following me behing. We make it to the theater room and sit on the love seat. Well...I sit ontop of Axel as he holds me possesively which I love and adore. He is just too perfect. I guess thats why we aren't mates. Bestfriends can't be mates...or from what I have seen.You see...a lot of bestfriends are usually girl and boy, so they hope as soon as they turn 16, that they are mates. An example is me and Axel, we wish that we were mates. But noooo...Anyways we are watching a movie when the pack slut enters the room and does something that she regrets doing to the Luna.

Im sooo sorry that this is short but I want to make a cliff hanger by leaving it like this. I know what you are PROBABLY thinking...Why can't you make a cliff hanger farther else instead here? Well just wait and see my Munchies! :D
