You glance at your ticket, much enveloped in excitement. You look around at the crowd forming around you, the lines growing immensely.
It doesn't matter that you're heading to a concert by yourself, much less a Weird Sisters' concert.
You begin to feed off the excitement of the other people around you, ready to scream and sing along to your favourite songs late into the night.
The doors to the venue finally open, and you unfold the ticket, smiling. You tuck your sweater around your waist, the Weird Sisters' plastered and moving along your shirt.
You hand-made the shirt yourself, and love nothing more than to show it off, whenever the time is appropriate. You have never let anyone from your school know about your secret obsession.
Everyone herds in together, the lights brightening as everyone files in. Witches and wizards from all over the globe are lining up to see the concert. Children, the elderly, even people your age crowded into one large room together.
Your parents managed to score the ticket for you because they know the owner of the venue personally, and he can be easily persuaded.
They'd do anything for you, and despite the guards and expectations they held, you adore them for it.
You run through the magical security without an issue, and went walking around the venue, trying to find an entrance for you to walk through, in order to get access to your seats.
You listen as one of the witches stops to ask a member of the venue when the concert is going to start.
He replies with an ample half an hour and walks away.
You float among the groups of people, stopping to check out the concession stands, and the one where the Weird Sister's merchandise stands.
Wizards and witches alike are throwing their money and receiving their requested item with a smile.
You glance down at your pockets, full of money that your parents gave you before you left the manor.
If you bought a t-shirt or any of the other items, it would be supporting the band. You only ponder on it for a moment before deciding to buy a poster.
"Accio poster." You throw the amount of currency in the air, and watch in delight as your poster comes barreling toward you.
You catch it with a little laugh, absorbing the others around you.
Soon enough, with some snacks tucking into your bag, and a happy smile you pounce toward the entrance you had found earlier in the night.
It isn't hard to find, and you are lead down to the floor access with a light smile- people beckoning to your call.
Your eyes roll, and you know it's because they were told of who your parents happen to be.
"Thank you," you recall as someone personally escorts you to your seat with a smile.
They scurry off, and you glance around the room, watching everyone else file into their seats as well, laughter and chatter cascading around the room.
You glance up at the stage and bask in a smile. You will be within reach of every band member, if only they stretched out their hands.
On the stage sits a microphone, a drum set, the cello, a set of bagpipes and a couple of guitars. The lights are a bright blue, and often take for switching colours. "Wow."
You look around again, to the seats next to you empty. You find yourself wishing you could have brought one of your friends to experience the same excitement as you, but none of them favour the Weird Sisters.
