Chapter 15

Tris's POV

My breath hitches in my throat,"y-you remember?" I ask

He nods, "I remember everything now from the summer all the way up to now."

"So that means you remember-"

"Us" he finishes for me and I bet I look like a mess I'm grinning like a fool and am crying. I run up to him and hug him and he kisses me.

"I thought you wouldn't remember." I say while sobbing

He grins and whips my tears,"It may have taken me a while but I would never forget." I then crash my lips to him and is realize how much I missed this. Someone clears their throat causing us to break apart. I completely forgot that the group was there but the nurse was also standing by the door.

"Does that mean he can go home?" I ask the nurse hopeful

She shrugs,"If he feels well enough to."

I turn to Tobias,"Do you wanna get out of this place?"

He grins,"Heck yeah!"

"Everyone meet me at my house!" I tell the group then go to sign Tobias out and walk to my car hand in hand.

"I'm so sorry Tris." Tobias says and I turn to him confused.

"For what?"

"For not believing what everyone told me and going back to my douchebag state of mind."

I shake my head,"Its not your fault that you lost your memories if it's anyone's then it should me mine. You got in that fight with Peter because of me."

He takes my face in his hands,"Stop blaming yourself about that night Peter insulted you and punched you I wasn't just going to sit around and let him do that." Then he kisses me.

"I love you." He says

"I love you too."

"I love you three."

"I love you four, hey! you made me do that!" I say

He chuckles,"yes I did but I do love you." Then he kisses me again.

"Yeah yeah yeah we all love each other now let's go!" Zeke says

"You could've driven yourself." I say

"Um no remember you brought us here." Will says

I sigh,"Ok come on get in."

"Shotgun!" Uriah yells and jumps in the passenger seat.

Tobias runs up and pulls him out of the car and sits in the car,"This is my seat."

"But why?" Uriah whines,"Trissy who do you want to sit here?" he asks

I shrug,"Work it out yourselves." we all pile into the car and Uriah ends up sitting on Tobias's lap because Tobias wouldn't budge and Uriah is to stubborn.

"We're here!" I announce and they all cheer. Suddenly we all hear a noise coming from Uriah and we all turn to him and Tobias looks disgusted.

"Uriah you did not just do that." Lynn says and Uriah smiles sheepishly.

"And on my lap too!" Tobias exclaims. He opens the door and pushes Uriah out.

Uriah groans,"No need to throw me on the ground!"

"Yes there is! Your lucky your my friend or else I would've done a lot worse." Tobias says

"Ok ladies break it up." Shuana says and we walk into my house.

"Hello anyone home?" I yell when we get in.

"In the living room!" My mom shouts back. we walk in and find my mom, dad, and Marcus sitting at the table talking. I can feel Tobias tense up by me. Shit I brought him here so that he can be away from him for a day.

"Oh Tobias! I thought that you were in the hospital." My mom says.

"He was but he got out today because he got all his memories back." I say and smile at Tobias.

"Oh that's great!" Marcus exclaims acting happy for him but he isn't fooling anyone I can see the slight glare he's giving Tobias.

"We are going to be upstairs." I say and pull all of them up to my room and shut my door.

"So? Your real name is Tobias?" Christina asks. Shit my mom said his real name and the only people who know it is Zeke, Uriah, and I.

"Uh yeah. You guys are close enough to me. I should probably tell you the truth." Tobias says

I hold his hand,"you don't have to." I whisper to him.

He nods,"I know but I want to and they deserve to know the real me."

I smile and kiss him. He sighs and turns to the group.

"Please keep this between us. As you all know I don't want anyone to know this." Tobias says

"Don't worry we won't tell anyone." Marlene says and they all agree.

Tobias smiles at them and takes off his shirt showing them his back.

Christina gasps,"oh my gosh!"

"Who did this?" Will asks

"Marcus."

They all gasp,"This is Marcus as in your father right?" Lynn asks

Tobias nods,"Ever since I was little he would beat me with his belt but after my mother died because of his beatings they got a lot worse and he was the reason for my memory loss."

I hug him and give him a kiss. He is so brave for telling them this.

Christina starts to cry and runs up to hug him,"That's awful! No one should go through that!"

Zeke claps "Ok how about we have some fun!?"
