Tris's POV

"Tris you're going to be late for school get your lazy butt up!" Caleb yells

"Bug off!" I yell back

"Tris do get up you don't want to be late!" My mom shouts from downstairs. I groan and untangle myself from the sheets. At least today is a Friday.

I throw on an oversized black sweater with some jeans and my combat boots. I go into my bathroom and put on my foundation, dark grey eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. Lastly I pull my hair into a high pony tail and grab my book bag and head down stairs.

"Morning Bea." my dad says while setting down a plate of bacon and eggs in front of me. I smile gratefully at him then gobble down my food.

"Well I better be off to work and you should be leaving soon as well don't wanna be late. I love you." my dad says.

"Love you too!" he kisses my head then walks out the door. I run up stairs and quickly brush my teeth and put on some perfume. By the time I get downstairs no one is home.

I jump into my car and turn the key but it doesn't work. I try again and still nothing. Shoot. What do I do? I guess I will have to walk which takes 30 minutes so no doubt I will be late.

After about 10 minutes into my walk I hear a car pull up by me. Crap am I being take!? Nervously I turn around and am greeted by a black Ferrari and a very good looking Tobias.

"Oh thank goodness it's you! you freaking scared me to death!" I exclaim

He chuckles,"Hop in car troubles?" I nod and sit in the passenger seat and he zooms off.

"Thank you so much. I would've died if I had to walk all the way to school." I say in relief.

"Well what kind of boyfriend would I be if I just left you there?"

"A pretty crappy one." After about 10 minutes we finally get to school.

"Finally! you guys are here!" Lynn exclaims right when we step foot into the building.

"Yep here we are." I say

"Well Tris you are coming to the football game tonight right?" Christina asks

"Of course it's the championship game and plus I have to cheer this one on." I say pointing to Tobias

"Wow feeling the love Tris. No need to cheer Will, Uriah, and I on or anything like that." Zeke says sarcastically. I just roll my eyes at him and before anything else happens the bell rings.

"Well see you all later!" Marlene shouts and we all go our separate ways. Besides Tobias and I of course we walk together.

"Tonight after the game I wanna take you on a date." he says smiling at me.

"Is that your way of asking?"

"Is that your way of replying you know what I'm taking it."

"Whoa what makes you think I wanna go?" I ask

"Really? you would turn me down?" He asks smirking.

"Not when you do that your just to adorable when you do that." He stops walking and his eyes widen.

"Whoa whoa whoa wait right there I'm not adorable. Adorable is for little kids I'm freaking hot. Every girl would agree." He says

I scoff playfully,"Yeah right prove it."
