//SIDE NOTE: Okay, so I thought of something the other day that made me laugh my ass off. So it's basically me putting a description what kind of reader-san is in each chapter, and I'm going to go back to past chapters and put a description of them.
Btw, I love this song. It's really cute, and for this chapter the gender is swapped, I guess? So, like, the song is changed so fit you singing it to Sin. Idk. The song is cute: "I Only Wanna Be With You"
Type of reader-san in this chapter: precious bun that wants love and a nap//
"King Sinbad. My King, please listen," Ja'far said loudly to the purple-haired man. Sinbad looked up from his cup of wine and blinked to his adviser. Ja'far rubbed his temples and sighed. "Sin, I really suggest you limit the amount of alcohol you drink tonight."
"Why?" Sinbad whined. "It's my birthday, and I think I should allow myself some fun!"
"Yes, Sin, I understand that, but the others and I don't have faith in your actions tonight," Ja'far went on. "The whole country will be celebrating tonight, and we shouldn't let them see their King drunk off his ass trying to seduce an innocent girl."
Sinbad sighed and rested his head on his fist. "Alright, fine. "I'll have one glass tonight. Nothing more. Worst birthday ever," he mumbled.
"Thank you, King Sinbad."
----
"To another prosperous year to our King!" a man shouted, sticking his cup of alcohol in the air for everyone to see. He directed his gaze to King Sinbad who was sitting with his generals overlooking the celebration. "Long live our King!"
"Long live our King!" the people of Sindria shouted with praise. Sinbad smiled, laughing, and waved to his people. They cheered louder and returned to their feasting and dancing.
Sinbad eyed the drinks in front of him longingly. He had already drank his one glass of wine, and he was beginning to be grumpy. It was his birthday after all! He should get to enjoy it! Reaching sneakily for another glass, Sinbad's hand was wrapped up in a red coil and it was pulled backwards harshly. Ja'far pulled his coils back and glared at Sinbad. "No," he said simply. Sinbad groaned and looked down the table. He frowned and looked to Pisti.
"Where's (Y/N)?" he asked the young woman. Pisti snorted lightly and shook her head, glancing to Yam who began laughing as well. "What? Where is she?" Sinbad repeated, a little concerned.
"Celebrating," Pisti said nonchalantly. She flicked a piece of her yellow hair from her eyes, and she jabbed her thumb down to the dancers being cheered on by mostly men from the kingdom. "She got a little carried away with her drinks, and she said she was going dancing."
"You should probably go and rein her back in before she does something dumb," Yam laughed. She waved her hands at the King. "Shoo! Go get her." Sighing, Sinbad got up and walked quickly to find the lost general. He politely greeted the people of his country, but he kept his eyes open for the (H/C) haired woman. His mouth dropped when he finally saw her.
Leading the troop of young girls dancing, (Y/N) was moving like there was no tomorrow. Clad with bells and other shiny trinkets, she tapped her feet, waved her arms, and laughed like a child, eyes gleaming. She was obviously drunk. The beat of the music was fast, but (Y/N) had no trouble keeping up with it. Her movement was swift and her body was radiating with a sort of glow. Sinbad had never seen her so happy out in the open before. She was a kind woman that didn't like to be the center of attention, but now she looked like she was born to be the center of everyone's world.
