// SIDE NOTE: REQUESTED BY

I really am not sure what an older Aladdin would be like, but this is how I imagine him, so it may be OOC, but whatever.

Type of reader-san in this chapter: basically Jasmine from Disney's Aladdin with the whole "I want to marry who I chose!!" but raeder-san is not fully her. This chapter is basically going to be like that movie, because I freakin' love that movie, and I couldn't think of any better cute oneshot (FLUFF!!) than a few moments from the movie. ^^

Enjoy!!//

"Princess (Y/N)." The voice echoed quietly through her head. "Princess (Y/N), I do ask you to get up now." The voice seemed impatient and much louder this time. "Princess! Wake up!" Light suddenly streamed violently on the sleeping Princess' face, and she shot upright in her bed, hissing for the curtains to be closed.

"Marie!" she cried out. "Close the curtains, I'm trying to get some rest!" The maid groaned and shook her head, opening the curtains even wider. (Y/N) buried her face in her pillows in return.

Marie stormed over to the young woman and yanked the sheets off of her body. (Y/N) whimpered feebly and slowly turned herself over to face the maid. Marie had her arms crossed and a scowl was tightly fit on her face. "I've let you sleep in for three days now, your Highness," she started. The Princess was going to get another lecture. Great. "I will not tolerate laziness from the future of this kingdom! Get dressed now. Your father informed me that we will have royal company soon."

"Company?" (Y/N) yawned, crawling from the soft, warm bed. She glanced out of her window to see the usual group of birds chirping relentlessly on the seal. "Why would we have royalty coming today?" Marie handed the Princess her usual attire. ((SIDE NOTE: Basically what Jasmine wears, but in whatever color you want. I can't explain it well enough, so I'm just saying it here.)) Since their Kingdom was in the center of a desert, it was custom for people to wear such revealing and baggy clothes. She quickly walked to her changing room and put on her clothes.

"A Prince is coming," Marie called out. "I hear he's looking for your hand in marriage."

"Marriage?" (Y/N) stuck her head from the room and gawked at her servant. "I don't even know the man!"

Marie shushed her. "Come now, dear. It's not a big deal. You aren't being forced to marry him if you don't want to. He's handsome from what I hear, so you might end up liking him."

"I'm not going to like a man just for his looks, Marie," the Princess glared. She finished changing and walked out back into her room, and saw that Marie was already waiting in a brush in her hand. "Why don't you marry him if you're so keen about the Prince?" (Y/N) smiled. Marie laughed loudly and shook her head.

"A servant marrying a Prince!" she scoffed. "As if that could ever happen."

"It could!" (Y/N) pressed on. "You're only two years older than me, and you're lovely, smart, caring, and quick. I'd say you have a chance." Marie's cheeks went pink and she quickly pulled the brush through the Princess' hair, mildly hurting the girl in the process. "Ow!"

"You shouldn't make such foolish statements about such a thing," Marie lectured. "A mere servant girl wouldn't even have the right to talk to a Prince out of turn. Don't put such fantasies in your head." She continued brushing. "Or mine."

"Oh, Marie!" (Y/N) laughed. "I know you're a hopeless romantic. We might as well gossip about these things together just for giggles."

Marie smiled lightly and tapped the side of the Princess' head. "Dearest Princess, you are a riot. Just don't go around spouting such things in front of the other staff. They would be at my neck for talking about such things with the Princess." (Y/N) giggled and began to put her jewelry on, thinking about what was to happen during her first meeting with the Prince. She hoped it would go well.
