Scarlett waved at the photographers as she turned to pose.
"Scarlett you look beautiful!" Someone called making her smile.
"Thank you!" She replied.
Chris stood on the sidelines waiting to take a picture with his 'dork.' He knew something no one but her agent knew. Scarlett was completely unprepared for the event. Just an hour ago she was stressing about finding her shoes for the event.
Once he was told he could, Chris posed with Scarlett. Her smile, in his opinion was the most satisfying thing in the world. Just earning a genuine smile from her was an accomplishment to him.
"You look great." Chris complemented.
"Thank you. You don't look too bad yourself," She smiled.
They both made their way over, to their surprise Jeremy Renner was there.
"Hey! You guys look great." He also complemented.
"Are you a nominee?" Asked Chris who kept his arm around Scarlett's waist.
"Yeah. Are you?" Asked Jeremy.
"Nope, I'm this little lady's date." Chris motioned towards Scarlett.

"Your choice is...Iron Man 2. Scarlett Johansson." They announced to Scarlett's surprise.
Both Jeremy and Chris clapped for her as she walked up to receive the award. Almost falling on her way over.
"Oh my goodness. Thank you, this is a genuine surprise to be winning this award. I did not come prepared for this. I uh, blame my brother for telling me to not even bother preparing a speech because I wasn't going to win." She mumbled causing the audience to laugh.
"I'm guessing I have to thank people for this award...I'm sorry...I haven't done this before." Scarlett said honestly making the audience laugh again.
"But um I'd like to give a big thanks to Marvel for giving me the opportunity of playing such a dynamic character, a special thanks to Chris Evans who agreed to be my date and has helped me so so so much these past weeks. I'd like to thank my manager who for some reason still puts op with me and I'd like to thank every one of my friends and family who have supported me non-stop and have pushed me to surpass my goals."
"I also have to add that I found out the oscars were today, yesterday." Scarlett wrapped up as the crowd applauded her.
Scarlett walked off the podium to be congratulated by her sister. Natalie.

The event was for the most part over, Scarlett and Chris had avoided any contact with Blake or Ryan, who they were informed, attended.
Scarlett and Chris were now walking around the event, doing nothing more then just talking.
"Oh my, I'm so happy." Scarlett smiled down at her award.
"You should be. That's a pretty big honor for someone your age." Chris reminded. Scarlett smirked as she responded.
"Someone young?" She tilted her head slightly.
"Yes. Someone young." He shook his head.
"Chris." She started.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"Thank You, really. I don't know how I would have managed to move on without you." Scarlett said truthfully.
"Hey, don't sweat it. I would always be there to help you. Plus I got free cuddles out of it." He responded. A light shade of pink coated her cheeks as she heard the response.
