Though never seen much in battle, Tyna is shown to pack tremendous physical strength, as she is able to pin Nash down before locking him up in her and Tyra's basement in Story of Nash: The Twins.
In Adventure of Ginna 5, Tyna is shown to be very quick with a large amount of stamina, as she ran from zombies for three miles while jumping ten feet tall walls and fences. She was shown to be athletic enough to front flip over the walls and fences as well.
