Heather has long silver hair that was slicked back and distinctive hazel eyes. Before joining the Jiniyuri, she wore a black, sleeveless shirt revealing her stomach and black pants with long, black ninja shoes.

After joining the Jiniyuri, she wears bandages over her breast, bears the organization's cloak, which she kept slightly open, revealing her Hidden Sprinkle Village headband and Jashin necklace. She changes her bottoms to blue pants with matching ninja sandals. She also wore dark green nail polish on her finger and toes and had a silver, star earring on the top lobe of her left ear. When not fighting, she was always seen with her Triple-Bladed Scythe on her back. After her fight with Demise, Heather lost part of her left ear and Kerrel stitched her head after she was briefly decapitated.
