Third Person:
"I'm not useless or immature, I'm not useless or immature, I'm not useless...I'm not..." Kanato kept telling himself this as he sat in front of his door, knees brought up to his chest and Teddy thrown off to the side. His room, a child wonderland of toys, silent minus the soft sniffles and pitter patter of his tears landing on his school uniform. He hates to admit that Laito had truth in his words. Maybe he was a bit too childish to go after Tikiyah. Maybe that was why Tikiyah hung around Reiji so much, because he was so level-headed and mature. But even so, he didn't want to hear that from Laito so harshly. Those thoughts have crossed his mind before and there was no need for Laito to put it out there like that. That Sakamaki could have died tonight if he pushed Kanato even further on that cliff he was always standing on. Any day he could snap on someone and he wouldn't have any remorse if that happened to be Laito who got caught in his fire. Hate was always building up for his brothers, Laito more so after what happened that night.
Kanato wipes his eyes and released a sigh as he looked up at his open window, that he was about sneak out of, that was letting in the moon's light, illuminating his room. "Maybe...it's time for a change...don't you think, T--" He cuts himself off. First change needed was to stop talking to Teddy...er...the stuffed bear. "Starting tomorrow..." The Sakamaki decided as he got up to change into something that suits the night before going over to the window and jumping out. He landed outside the two story mansion with ease on his feet. For Tikiyah... He thought before disappearing into the night.
First Person (Tikiyah):
"Who would have thought..." I breathed as Ayato and I walked up to this classy looking restaurant.
"Who would have thought what?" Ayato asked, stopping to look back at me who took a minute to admire the building.
"That you'd be one to take a girl out to a special restaurant. Not like a special commoner restaurant but a special uppity up one for the upperclassmen." I explained moving my hands as I talked.
Ayato was looking at my hands more than the one who owned them that was talking. "Ore-sama is full of surprises! Just stick with me and you'll see them all!" He says.
I rolled my eyes.
"Care to go in now? Ladies first!" Ayato says, opening the door for me. "This will be a one time opportunity for Your's truly to let someone go before him so you better take it!"
"No." I told him bluntly.
"No?"
I crossed my arms. "Yeah. I'm not going in."
"Uh...then what was the point of coming?" Ayato sweatdropped. "We have to go in to get the food."
"I know that! Well...it's just that..." I felt weird now trying to explain this, what's going on in my head. I played with my fingers.
"Just what? Spit it out already!" Ayato was getting irritated, closing the distance between us and grabbing my wrists. "And stop doing that with your hands, it's distracting."
"Ayato-san! Just look at me!"
Ayato did. "What? You look like a middle schooler. And?"
I frowned. "No! Look at my attire a-and yours! Then at the people inside."
Ayato did that. "So, they're just dressed up."
I stomped my foot. This idiot wasn't getting it. "And we're in our school uniforms! We can't go waltzing in like this!"
Ayato stared at me confused. "Why not? As long as we have the money to pay for our time, why can't we just waltz in?"
"Because...they'll all stare! Why couldn't we go home first to change?" I whined.
