(Obviously this is out dated but that is only because these are pre-written. Hope you enjoy the chapter away anyways)

I look at all the couples I pass gay or straight and I think...get a fucking room if you so desperately desire to celebrate the agonizing death of an old guy. Oh? Didn't you guys know? Valentine isn't about love, chocolate strawberries, dates, and the nasty aftermath of dates but the death of a Roman guy named Valentine? That's his last name. I forgot his irrelevant first name and frankly I am too lazy to look him up. The English teach back in America taught me that. The Valentine guy not to be lazy to look up the facts.

So, I don't feel too bad when I see couple sucking faces when I walk into school about a month or so from when I got my bad hair cute from that trio of fangirl bitches. I never saw those three again after that night. Shame. I never got their names. Laito told me that he handled those girls but he never told me what he exactly did to "handle" them. Well, if we see something about three girls found dead at the bottom of Mount Fuji we'll know what had happened and sadly enough, I wouldn't have much remorse for them. Dark shit.

I walk to my locker to find it decorated with pink and red hearts and streamers. A valentine collage. I only wanted my text book...what did I do to deserve this?

"Happy Valentine's day, Tikiyah." A deep voice boomed behind me. I turned to see a shyly smiling Brady who has became my best friend over the course of time and my safe place when can't stand the Sakamaki. Shame that my own room can't bring that. Caught Laito waiting for me to snatch up after a shower too many times.

"Brady! You did this?" I asked, surprised. I didn't beg him to be an affection, creative type of guy. Just that jock.

He ran a hand through his hair. "Yeah. You...you like it?"

"Like it? I love it!" I exclaimed dancing around the tower before giving him a hug. Look at me who was she's not a fan of valentine. "Thanks, Brady. This is sweet."

"Heh, heh, no problem." Brady replied, swinging an arm around my waist as a brief side hug. I pull away and he seemed a bit flustered.

"Aw...now, I feel bad. I didn't get you anything."

Brady shook his head with a smile. "Don't worry about it. Consider your smiling face your gift to me."

"Aw, well--"

"What is this cheap Valentine gift?" Laito. Need I say more?

I turn to see the redhead inspecting my collage.  I take it off my locker and held it away from him. "A collage. And it's full of his love and time so it's way more than a pricey gift--oh my lord Jesus that is filthy!!"

Laito had a sparkly golden necklace dangling in his hands. A necklace you took out of a giant red bag that held th big pricey gift to some lucky girl....did I just narrate that? He smirked. "Oh? You mean this 24 carot golden twist necklace?"

"Who's the lucky fangirl that gets this dime piece?"

Laito smiled at me knowingly before going behind me. I was about to whirl around and move away from him but he kept a firm but gentle arm around my waist. "I'm not going to grab your fine ass if that is what your scared of, Kokoa-chan. Just hold still, dear."

I sigh and did as told. I glance at Brady to see him glaring at Sakamaki who was putting the necklace around my neck. "This is mine?" I asked Laito.

"Happy Valentine's day." Laito murmured and before parting, he whispered into my ears, his lips just grazing my eyes. "I'll be expecting my gift to be the goods if you know what I mean." He gives my poor ear a lick before pulling away with a wink and handing me the big bag.

I shiver at his touch, blushing. I knew what he meant. "Ha! You can expect it in your dreams but it'll never happen in reality!" I exclaimed after him as he headed off. And that's when I felt it. Brady was staring at me. "What?"

He mimicked me and a bad squeaky voice. ""A collage. And it's full of his love and time so it's way more than a pricey gift." Yet, you freaked out at the sight of that necklace."

I nudged him. "When a commoner gets an expensive item they freak out. I still love your gift and I don't sound like a chipmunk on crack when I talk."

Brady raised his eyebrows. "Have you heard yourself?"

"Shut up. At least I don't sound like a drunk bear."

"Never heard one. Is that how I sound?"

"Shut up! That's all I could come up with."

~~~~~~
Brady walked me to class and I skipped across the front of the room to my seat cheerful. Laito wasn't here yet to gloat to Kanato about his gift to me. Good. Kanato was already eyeing me and my bag with some negative expressions.
"Who gave you that?" He cuts right to the chase.
"Laito. He thinks that since he bought all this for me I'll let him down my panties." I told him, sitting down. "But he gots another thing coming."
"That's why you don't take anything from him. Even Teddy knows that." Kanato muttered, his hold on his pencil hard. "And to hell will be the next thing coming if he lays his dirty hands on you..."
I blinked. "W-what?"
Kanato relaxed and shook his head. "Nothing."
"Well, anyways, Laito isn't the only one who gave me a gift. Brady took the time out to decorate my locker with a collage! See?" I show him.
"It's lovely..."
"Oh, yeah! And Reiji-san said he might have something for me as a gift, too!" I went on.
"Oh? Is that so?" Kanato says half-heartily, bored.
"Yeah, I wonder what it is."
"Probably nothing. So, don't get your hopes up." Kanato was brisk with his reply and I frown.
"Meanie. You don't care, do you?"
"I do...just not as much as you do." He then excused himself and left me at our desk alone and confused. Looks like someone was having a bad day.
