"What?" I ask him. He's just staring and giggling like a five year old boy.
"Nothing."
"What nga?" I try to break loose from his embrace.
"This. It's funny. I mean what will your dad say?"
"Richard... I think my dad's fine. If you haven't observed by now, he loves you way, way, way too much."
I never expected him to be the hugger but then now he shows his fluffy self. I'm not used to him being like this. He was always so uptight and formal.
"That's not true. I do hope to ask him if I could court you."
"Up to you. Good luck, Richard!" I tell him with a wink.
We go down the car because he insisted on taking me to the airport himself. The cast and the crew went ahead taking the bus, while I ride the car with him. We sat on the back and his driver Daisuke drove for us. An hour in the car of just cuddling and talking trying to just be in the moment. Not once did he try to kiss my lips, but he kisses me on the forehead, which I find the most adorable gesture.
"Do you really have to go?"
"Richard, you know I still have to face my parents when I get home."
"I'm going to miss you."
The clingy Richard is too adorable, that I pinch his cheeks as a reaction. Immediately, his cheeks turn red from my squeezing and the weather.
"You are so clingy! Stop! Richard!" He puts his arms around my waist and locks me in. "I'm going to miss my flight."
He pouts an adorable pout and looks at me. "Just miss your flight. I won't see you for two months."
Right. Two months. Me filming the rest of the teleserye in Korea and him attending a conference in France. The only time we'll get to see each other is for the groundbreaking of the project in Manila.
"Just call me. There's viber, whatsapp, messenger. Two months isn't so long I promise." But the thought actually makes me sad. Somehow, now that we sort of defined blurred lines... I think it's even harder to leave. "There's even FaceTime. As if we haven't been doing that?"
"No!" There he goes again with that cute, boyish pout of his. "What about babe time?"
You make it so hard for me to leave you.
