"It's really beautiful isn't it?" The museum curator said to the beautiful blonde woman.

"It truly is," she replied.

He didn't notice that her eyes lingered a little too long on the magnificent painting.

"It's a Degas," the curator continued, "Wonderful piece of work."

"I would die for something like this in my collection," the woman's steady gaze flickered up to the man's.

Little did he know that the woman was, in fact, not exaggerating.

Later that night, when the curator was nearly drifting to sleep, he would think about the woman he met. He would dream about her steady eyes and blonde hair.

The next morning, when he walked into the museum, the painting would be gone.

And whether he admitted it or not, a little part of him knew it was her.
