(CARTER's POV)

Okay, let me take a moment to recap what has happened so far this week.

1.) Ash, Meri, War, Anthony, and I have made a band and were signed to the same label as Black Veil Brides. We are mainly a cover band with a few original songs. We decided to call the band "Unbroken Outcasts" because that was what each of us were, an unbroken outcast that has been through a lot of shit.

2.) Ash and I have gotten a nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment several months before we had planned on getting it. We had planned on getting one after Ash turned nineteen, which was in a couple of months. We got two bedrooms so War could come with us, but Ash's parents insisted on him staying with them while he was still in school.

3.)We found out we are going on tour with BVB, Pierce the Veil, Of Mice & Men, and Snow White's Poison Bite, who were doing a quick USA tour before going back to Finland. We were only going to be the opening act, but I didn't care. I was going on tour with all of the men who kept me from ending my life so many years ago.

We were in the middle of practice right now. We were going to be just a cover band, but Andy, Ash, and the guys found my poem/drawing/venting journal when we were moving my stuff into the apartment. Andy claimed that my poems would make beautiful songs and that him and the guys would help us turn them into the so-called works of art they were.

"How can I continue to stand here?

Like nothing's happening?

I can see that you're breaking on the inside.

A monster

A demon

Slowly tearing out

An angel

A savior

Slowly being lost

Being saved even slower

Help!

She's falling!

Too late.

She's gone.

'Don't cry after I've left

I don't want you to hurt,'

The note says

Her last goodbyes

Her last thoughts

All splattered in blood

She was here too long

She held on long enough," I paused.

"A monster

A demon

Slowly tearing out

An angel

A savior

Slowly being lost

Being saved even slower," I backed away from the mic as Ash took over the rest of the song, screaming.

"Help!

She's falling!

Too late!
