(Sorry for that weird chapter. I was having a really rough weird emotional night.) I hope you liked the first Ashley POV, I enjoyed writing it. Chapters after this might be further apart and a bit shorter, sorry about that.

Dan POV:

Lewis Del Mar shows up, which is the opening band. I had never heard anything from them before, so I decide to listen to something of their's while Kyle is sound checking. I decide to just hide from everyone, hoping Laura won't have to go looking for me. I hide in a closet near the backstage room. I'm not annoyed by anyone, I just want to be alone for a bit. I'm really tired, anyway. I sit on the floor next to a mop. I pull a pair of tangled earbuds out of my pocket, untangling it to the point where it's manageable. I search on Spotify for "Louis Del Mar." Nothing. I try again with "Lewis Del Mar", which pops up immediately I hit the first song with is "Loud(y)". The intro is a cool acoustic guitar riff. I close my eyes and tune out.

Laura POV:

Once Bastille has finished their sound check, it's the other band's turn. I'm not quite sure who they are, but I don't want to ask. Everyone is sitting quietly in the backstage room on their phones. I don't know where Dan is, but I hope he'll be back soon. I'm looking through my Tumblr feed. Drew's Tumblr is having a "Bastille Week" and is spamming my feed. I keep scrolling and notice my DM box has a new message. Its from Drew. Who else would it be? "Hey. Would you take some pictures tonight for my blog?" I quickly reply. "No wth!" He doesn't reply, so I keeps scrolling through the oddly captivating garbage that is the internet.

Charlie bursts in, obviously had sprinted down the hallway like an idiot. "Who broke Dan?" He asks.

"What do you mean?" I ask, putting my phone down.

"Down the hall, in the closet, Dan's just sitting on the floor with his headphones in with his eyes closed." Charlie says, looking at Will.

"Why are you looking at me?" Will asks, putting his hands up.

"I'm not," Charlie starts. He opens his mouth to say something else, but doesn't.

"Why do you know what he's doing? Did you go in there?" Woody asks. "

No, the door was cracked." Charlie says. I get a text from Dan, which says.

"You know I can hear you guys, right?" I type back: "Sorry" and look up.

"Dan texted me. He can hear everything, just saying." I announce. I look back down at my phone and read what Dan wrote.

"He says: And nobody 'broke' me. I'm just really tired and wanted to listen to music away from you people" (And Kyle, who applauds my sneezing... don't say that please) "I have nothing against you and nobody did anything so stop freaking about it."

"WE WERENT FREAKING OUT, DANIEL!" Woody says loudly.

"Your realize if he could hear us when we were talking with our normal voices, you don't have to yell, Christopher." Will says.

"Christopher?" I ask.

"His real name is Chris." Kyle says.

"But don't call me Chris, please." Woody says.

"Well, 'kay Christopher." I say. Woody lets out an annoyed groan.

"Sorry." I say quickly in a small voice. We sit in silence for a bit longer, looking at our phones. By now, Charlie has had a seat on the couch between Kyle and Woody. I'm seated on a stool near the door. Will is seated on a chair near me.

"So, I hear you're pretty good at guitar." Charlie says, breaking the silence that apparently everyone but him was just fine with.

"Me?" I ask, realizing how dumb of a question that is.

"Yeah." He replies.

"Who told you?" I ask, also knowing how dumb of a question it is.

"Kyle." He says.

"How can you tell someone I'm good at something if you don't know for yourself?" I ask Kyle.

"I have a feeling you are." Kyle replies, still staring at his phone. Probably tweeting something.

"Your logic is flawless." Will remarks sarcastically.

Dan coughs from the doorway. "OKAY LISTEN UP PEOPLE." He says in an announcer voice. "So I was looking through Twitter," He starts.

"As usual." Kyle says.

"So I was looking through Twitter, and I saw a bunch of tweets saying how they can't come to the show tonight because the roads are too icy." Dan says. "So, we will have a smaller crowd tonight."

Kyle interrupts him. "Really Sherlock?"

Dan gives him a glare. "Yes, Watson." Dan says. "I don't know why I even bother with you people..."

The ground shakes ever so slightly. "Fu-rappichino!" Woody yells, nearly falling off the arm of the couch. "There's freaking earthquakes in St. Louis?" I thought this was a tornado area!" He says, loudly.

"It is. That was something falling in the other room." Dick says, now standing behind Dan in the doorway. "And frappuccino? Really?" He says, turning on his heel to leave.

"You might as well just say 'duck' and blame a verbal typo."
