Chapter 46

Kiefer's POV

Naalimpungatan ako when I felt that someone is in my room. But before I clearly see, si Ly lang pala.

"Ly, are you okay?" I asked her.

I scratched my eyes as I asked her and I saw a little bit na binitawan nya yung frame and she wipes her eyes. Umiiyak ba sya?

"A-ah yeah, sorry if pumasok ako ha. Tita mozzy asked me kasi to call you kasi kakain na tayo." She answered.

"Oh, I see. Sorry, di ko kasi namalayan na nakatulog ako eh." Sabi ko nung nakaupo na ako sa bed.

"So, tara na. Baba na tayo." Aya nya sakin.

"Wait... You wanna talk?" I bravely asked.

"Huh? What for?" Confused na tanong nya.

"I don't know. Baka gusto mo lang, I'm willing to listen." Offer ko sa kanya.

"We don't have something to talk about naman eh. Thank you na lang. Tara na, they're waiting for us na." Pagtanggi nya.

She stands and ready to go na but I held her hand, a tight one.

"I'm willing to explain or rather tell you the truth. I am ready now, no fears at all. The thing is, would you mind to listen?." I asked seriously.

"Para saan pa? Matagal nang tapos yung mga bagay na meron tayo. Nothing to talk about, we're fine and we're both moved on. Let's leave all of that behind." She said then hinila ang kamay nya sa pagkakahawak ko.

Ouch. Wrong move, Kief. Now, you're late na pala talaga.

"Sorry." The only words came out from my mouth.

"Matagal nang late yung sorry mo, Kief. And, hindi lahat ng sorry kayang tanggalin yung sakit. Tara na sa baba, kakain na tayo." Last thing she said before leaving my room.

Ang sakit pala talagang marinig sa taong mahal mo na huli ka na, yun bang pinaparamdam nya na sayo na wala ka nang babalikan simula nung iniwanan mo sya. It's my fault, it is really my fault.

Bumaba na ako after ko maghilamos, nakita ko naman sila na nakaupo na and ready to eat na. Nakita ko din si Ly na halos di makatingin sa'kin.

"Hay, sa wakas Manong dumating ka din! Gutom na gutom na kami, ang tagal tagal mo!" Reklamo ni Dani.

"Sorry na. Nakatulog lang." I said apologetically.

We started eating our lunch. Di naman nawawalan ng topic sila mommy pero ramdam na ramdam ko pa rin yung mabigat na atmosphere between me and Ly.

After eating, we continue the activities we planned for Ly and until now, nakikiramdam pa din ako sa kanya. Everytime I look at her, she just give me a smile, which I know a fake one.

"Uhmm. Tita, uuwi na po ako. Thank you for this day po,sana maulit po ulit. I really enjoy po." Paalam ni Ly kay mommy.

"Salamat naman hija. Oo, sa uulitin ulit. Balik ka dito ha." My mom answered then hugged Alyssa.

They bid their goodbyes and as what the plan is, ako ang maghahatid pauwi ka Ly.

"Let's go." I said.
