Kicked Out

Y/N took her spot between Demi and L.A. and looked at the panel of judges.

"So, is this a one time thing?" She asks Simon, who chuckles.

"We'll see." He says and Y/N nods, nudging Demi with her shoulder.

"Hey you." Demi says before hugging her friend.

"What's up weirdo." She says, hugging Demi back.

"Guys, here comes the first audition." L.A. says and all four judges turn to the stages.

It's been about an hour since the audition started, a girl with dark brown hair, green eyes and a bright smile walks out, waving and I laugh, remembering something from one of the earlier audition, and the girl's smile drops, making Demi smack my arm.

"Sorry honey, she was dropped on her head as a baby." Demi says and I shove her toward Simon as he asks for her name.

"Hi, I'm Lauren." She says, smiling again, and I snort again, thinking of a different audition.

"Lauren..." Simon prods.

"Jauregui." Lauren says as Demi smacks me again.

"Y/N." Simon warns and I take a deep breath to try to calm down.

"Sorry sorry." I say and look at the girl on stage. "How old are you sweetie?" I ask and she kinda glares at me, I deserve it though, I'm laughing during her audition.

"I'm sixteen, just turned sixteen." She says and I nod.

"And what are you going to sing for us?" Simon asks and she smiles.

"If I Ain't Got You by Alicia Keys." 

"Alright, well, off you go." Simon says, and I bust out laughing again. "Y/N, go take a breather." Simon says and I nod, getting up and leaving the auditorium and following one of the stage managers to a monitor, taking a water bottle and thank the girl who brought it and take a drink as I watch the girl on the stage. As she ends the song, I go back to my chair and sigh as she glares at me.

"Okay, I'd like to say, you blew me away. I absolutely love you, and I'm so sorry that I was laughing at the beginning of your audition. Can I go up there and hug you?" I ask and the girl blushes.

"Sure." She says and I go and hug her.

"I'm sorry I laughed baby. I'm so so sorry. If it helps any, it's an absolute yes from me." I say and she smiles at me as I pull away from the hug and catch her as she jumps at me and hugs me again. I set her down and smile before going back to my chair as the others say their judgments. She got four yeses and she squealed, saying thank you before disappearing.

"So what was all that laughing about, Y/N?" Demi asks and I shake my head.

"The previous auditions still had me going." I say and they nod. Around the end of the day, a girl walks out and smiles nervously at everyone. "Hi." I say and the girl looks at me. 

"Hi." She says and I smile.

"What's your name?" I ask.

"Camila Cabello." She says and I nod.

"Where are you from?"

"Miami, Florida." She says and I smile.

"How old are you?"

"I'm 15." She says and I nod, looking at Simon as he cuts me off.

"What do you like to do, Camila?" Simon asks and she chuckles.
