Cover [Cassian Andor]

    "Citizens of the Empire," I heard. I looked over my shoulder and saw more troopers fill in as well as different people with their weapons stationed in different places. After locating all of them, I tuned back to what Jyn was saying.

    "Tell me you have a backup plan," she muttered. I slid my hand into the inside of my jacket to grip the hilt of my blaster so I was prepared for the attack that was about to happen, tuning out Cassian and Jyn. I looked over and saw a little boy watching the troopers march by and I saw one of Saw's Rebels about to throw a grenade.

    "No!" I immediately rushed forward and grabbed the boy, pulling him into me as I crashed on the ground.

The bomb went off just as I hit the ground but since I landed behind a wall, the boy and I were protected. He wiggled out of my grasp as I crawled away, finding some better cover than a ledge behind one of the tanks. I heard Cassian yelling at my sister to not do whatever she was doing so I looked her direction and saw her protecting a little girl, who rushed over to her mother after being saved. Jyn quickly joined me with my cover and I looked over at Cassian, who was shooting at someone above us.

    Jyn and I looked over our shoulders and saw a Rebel fall from a ledge. Jyn pulled me down and covered me as another bomb went off where the person Cassian killed landed. We both snapped up and looked at Cassian, surprised. He just saved us. Captain Cassian Andor just saved us.

    Jyn hit my arm and then grabbed it, helping me to my feet as I shot some troopers behind her. We rejoined Cassian and the three of us ran down some alleys that looked more like hallways. Cassian continued going but Jyn and I stopped and found cover in the doorways.

    I was waiting for Jyn and for her signal. She waited a second, turning the blaster into a baton and I grabbed mine, before giving a slight nod. She whipped into the hallway across from us while I went into the one that was behind Cassian, who was still shooting at the stormtroopers. I hit the first one over the head, and kicked the one coming at me in the stomach. The next trooper that approached me I jabbed in the head and turned the baton in my hand so that it lined my arm. I grabbed one trooper by the arm and used him as a shield while spinning around and knocking another in the head with my arm. After him, I twisted the arm of the trooper I was using as a guard and let him fall down. I pulled my blaster out with my left hand and shot three other troopers and then the trooper who I used as a shield, since he was trying to get up and it was his fatal shot. After I was done, I let my arms hang at my sides and looked down at the last trooper I killed who was on my left.

    "You've improved, Little Li," Jyn commented, her and Cassian looking at me and all of the dead troopers at my feet. I shrugged sadly and holstered my baton, keeping my baton in my hand.

    "I've had practice."

    I heard clunking behind me and so did Jyn as she rushed forward and pulled me close to her before shooting the droid that looked like K-2SO. She looked at the spot the droid just slumped with wide eyes before another droid came around the corner.

    "Did you know that wasn't me?" Kaytoo asked, offended. Jyn raised a shoulder and twisted her arm a little while lowering her arm.

    "Of course," she lied. I looked at her and smirked smartly a bit before she rolled her eyes at me and looked towards Cassian, expecting him to come up with a new plan but he was arguing with the droid.

    "I thought I told you to stay on the ship," Cassian said, looking up at the droid.

    "You did, but I thought it was boring and you were in trouble. There are a lot of explosions for three people blend in," he responded. I shrugged lightly in response because he wasn't wrong but it wasn't our fault, it was Saw's Rebels. The four of us decided standing around wasn't a good idea so we started to walk into a clearing but that proved to be a mistake too since a bunch of troopers were waiting there. The four of us came to a dead stop before backing away, trying to look inconspicuous. That didn't work either because the troopers spotted Kaytoo and called us forward.
