"What are you wearing tonight Saz?" India asked me at work that morning. I'm not much of a morning person and I wasn't properly awake yet so I was being a bit blunt but she gets it. "Eh, not sure yet."
"Not even shoes?"
"No, I want to know where we're sitting because that influences what shoes I'm wearing."
"Oh true, what time did you want me over?" India was going to come to mine before hand and we would drive together. "6:30ish. And bring dinner from that Asian place near yours."I decided to go with a white halter neck tank top and high waisted peach tailored shorts with small heeled senso sandals. I put my thick brown hair in a pony tail and was deciding on which accessories to wear when India arrived. I opened the door and found her in a black leather skirt and blue striped t-shirt. Her light blonde hair was down, reaching her collar bones and she was holding a paper bag that smelt delicious. "Which necklace, this one," I said, holding up the grey/blue necklace, "or this one?" I held the other gold one up.
"The blueish one, it matches your shoes." I turned back towards my bedroom and she closed the door behind her and placed the food on the kitchen bench. My apartment is really open, there isn't really one fully closed room except the bathroom. When you walk in, you see the kitchen on your right and the guest bathroom door on your left. Opposite you is a window that reaches the kitchen and There is a step up to where the kitchen is from the ground floor which is kind of like the boundary of the kitchen area. When you walk towards the kitchen from the front door, on your right is the dining room table and in front of that is my bedroom but there is no door so you can see my vanity table from the kitchen bench. On the right of the dining table is the living room and thats basically all my house. I'm hoping you get the picture because the conversation I had next with India sort of took place in separate rooms. I'm big on visuals if you haven't noticed. She stood in the kitchen getting plates and cutlery whilst I was in my room getting ready. "Saz, I really don't understand why you don't move out and get yourself a new place, you could have so much more!" India called as she began setting the table for dinner.
"But why? I wouldn't want a giant mansion if I was going to be living by myself? I get that you like the idea of a swimming pool and theater room and all that jazz, but I can't be bothered when my place is perfect for me!" I called back before applying my mascara. India and I bought this appartment when we first moved to London. It took all my savings and had everything I needed and more. India moved out once we started to become more successful, she preferred to have her own place with like 80 bedrooms but I never had the heart to leave. Or the effort. She dropped the subject.
"Are you nervous?" She called over the clatter of plates.
"Im excited not nervous!" I called back, finishing my mascara and then putting my earrings in.
"But aren't you nervous to meet the rest of the band?"
"I didn't really think about that to be honest. I guess I am now. Isn't it weird that they want to meet us? Like we aren't just fans anymore were people they want to meet. Do you get what I'm saying?" I asked turning around in my chair to face her as she stood behind the kitchen bench facing me. I really want to draw my apartment for you so you can picture all this properly. "No I do, like they want to be friends with us. Not just us wanting to be friends with them." The both of us sounded like idiots trying to explain it but we both understood each other anyways.Harry had sent us two tickets plus two backstage passes with a sticky note stuck on them saying:
Come backstage after the show, Tony will lead you. xx
When we arrived we could already hear the screaming. We came a bit late because we were eating and ok we didn't really care about the supporting acts before hand. When we got there we gave the tickets to the usher and followed him through. Turns out we were in the sound box thingo which was freaking great. We watched and danced and sang along. I didn't know all the songs because once we became successful as a label my fangirl days started dying out. However when Through the Dark came on I sang so loud and made up a dance to it which even India ended up joining in on. It was my absolute favourite One Direction song of all time I don't even know why. Overall it was a really good concert. 10/10 would recommend.
