Chapter 3

"So what do you plan on doing this summer?" Breeana asked.

"Same as always just stay home and study."

"what why? It's summer why would you study? Your suppose to be having fun!"

"I know but I have to because this year is really important I'm trying to either go to New York or London and I don't want anything getting in my way." I replied.

"Oh well good luck with that miss "Smarty Pants" I am going to enjoy my last summer as a seventeen year old." She laughed and took a sip of her drink.

"That's every summer. " I say while laughing with her. She ended scolding me and kept on sipping her drink.

Tonight was going to be the night I would at least try to have fun. When Breeana left me to go and refill her drink, I notice someone starring at me. When I turn to look his gaze is still on me. For some reason I am getting the chills from this guy.

"Okay I think this is going to have to be my last one." Breeana said interrupting my thoughts on the guy who kept starring at me.

"Yeah, I wonder where Luke and Leslie are?"

"I don't know but probably making out somewhere."

We both laughed at the same time. It's funny to think those two would do that. When I turn to take a glance and see if the strange guy is still starring at me, he's gone.

"Hey Melissa, I want you to meet one of my new friend." I turned to face who Breeana was talking about I notice he's the same guy who has been starring at me all night.

"Umm I'm Melissa nice to meet you." I said nervously.

"I'm Harry Styles." You can tell he was from London by his accent.

I didn't know what else to say so I just took out my phone and started looking at it.

*5 missed calls from Aiden*

"What's wrong?" I look up to notice Harry was talking to me.

"Oh nothing its just my brother." I reply with a smile.

"Hey dude! What the heck are you doing here?!" I hear someone shout from behind me and when i turn to see who it is it turns out to be Luke. How does everyone know this guy?

"Well I got into too much trouble so my mom is making me live with my dad."

"Damn, do you still do street fights?" Luke asked. What the heck?! Why would someone want to do that?

Luke looks back and forth with me and Harry. "Is something wrong?" I tell Luke and he gives me the weirdest look.

"Do you know who her brother is?" Luke said to Harry.

"Why? What's wrong with Aiden?" I am really confused right now.

"Melissa Monroe!!" when I turn to see who's screaming my name I see it's Auden. Oh great.

All of a sudden I see Harry charge towards my brother. And my brother was charging towards him also. They both look more than pissed off at each other. "Wait what is going on?! Stop Aiden!" I start running towards Aiden. By the time I get to his side it too late Harry throws the first punch. I look around to see if anyone is helping them. When I try pulling Harry off, Luke grabs me and pulls me away.

"Let go!!" I instructed, but he wouldn't let me go.

"Let them fight, this has been coming for a long time." Luke replies. I didn't understand on how that could be building up to now?
