I wake with a gust of wind blowing on my face. My nose is numb, I can barely feel the tip. When I open my eyes, I see that the window is wide open next to my bed. A shiver runs down my back as I reach my bare arms up out from under the covers to shut the window. "I'm sorry. It got a bit humid in here so I opened the window," Ron exclaims behind me. I'm startled by his presence so I jump slightly and turn around. "Sorry," he says, sitting down on the matress across the room. "It's alright," I murmur, looking down. "Um, you should probably get dressed soon. The wedding needs a bit of help setting up," He says. "Oh. Right, sure," I say, standing to find my bag. I dig out a sweater for now but I'll change a bit later. "So... I'll see you down there," Ron mutters, standing awkwardly and walking out the door. I put on my undergarments and then my clothes, and go downstairs to help. I hear a shriek from the kitchen and run to see the source of the noise. "Fred! George! Gather the rest of us downstairs!" Mrs.Weasley screams. My heart speeds up and I believe I start to hyperventilate. "What's going on?" I ask. "Dear, get downstairs!" Mrs. Weasley yells. I see a gust of black smoke land outside and one name flashes through my memory. Deatheater. "Wait, no, Draco!" I scream. "Yes, get downstairs!" She screams, pushing me towards the stairs. "Wait, no!" I yell, grabbing hold of the wall to prevent getting pushed down the stairs. I manage to overpower her and I tear through the house, trying to find the front door. I close my hands around a brass knob and wrench the door open, meeting Draco's eyes immediately from across the yard. He walks swiftly over to me, but not enough to run. "Draco," I gasp to myself in a whisper. He finally bursts into a run and then his arms are around me, holding me with the warmth I remember. My arms are tight around his shoulders, I've missed him so much. "I got your owl," He whispers from over my shoulder. I pull away to meet his eyes. "How did you get here?" I ask, tears welling up in my eyes. "I apparated," he smiles. I hear myself sniffle and Draco wipes a tear from my cheek. And then, I burst into a sob. "What's wrong?" He asks, his hands on my shoulders. "I just missed you," I say, wrapping my arms around him once more. "I missed you too," he admits. "Sleeping isn't the same without your warm body to snuggle with," he chuckles.
So this is love.
