I've missed this. Me and Draco have only kissed once before, not counting the one in the dream. I fall back against the door, but not hard enough for it to hurt. Draco's hands find my waist, which comforts me. What am I doing? Kissing Draco Malfoy? I snap into reality when the door opens half way and I have to shut it with my back. "Hermione? Its Harry. Are you ok? Someone in your class told me what happened with Amycus," I hear from the other side of the door. "Oh my god," I breathe. Draco's hands move to his sides immediately. I turn around and open the door a crack. "Harry, you don't have to be here," I whisper. Draco backs up as the door opens wide enough to see us both. Harry frowns when he sees Draco. "What's he doing here?" He asks, walking in. "He stopped Amycus in the first place. You ought to be thanking him that I'm not in worse shape," I scold. "Wait, he stopped him? How?" Harry asks, bewildered. "I don't know. But the point is he did. And I'm pretty certain that could break his alleigance with Voldemort all together considering he went against his own kind," I continue, putting my arms around Draco's neck lovingly and kissing his cheek. "Ugh. Please wait until I'm gone," he cringes. "And wait, Amycus is a Death Eater?" Harry questions. "Of course he is! Isn't it obvious? He almost killed Draco!" I yell, considering it's taken Harry this long to figure it out. "Alright, why don't you just lay down for a moment," Harry warns, clearly surprised by my sudden burst of energy. "Oh, relax Harry, I'm not so fragile," I object. There's a long pause before Draco finally speaks, interuppting the silence. "She's in good hands, Harry," Draco mumbles. Harry nods, clearly offended, then scurries down the stairs. "I think youv'e offended him," I whisper. "I think that's the least of our problems," he says, motioning to his dark mark. I hug his arm and close my eyes, hoping this won't be the last time. Voldemort knows his alligence with Draco is fake now, and that means the torture is just getting real. "I'll be alright, ok?" He reassures me. Some small tears come to my eyes, but I hold my ground. "Be as safe as you can, ok?" I whisper, pulling away. He nods.

And then I'm alone.
