"Alright, we'll have to get out of here soon. Oh, hell. Where are we?" I say, pacing. "It looks to be the outskirts of London," Draco answers, pointing to the city lights buried beneath the thicket of braches covering the sky. About 20 miles out. Perfect. "We'll have to walk," I sigh, finding my black bag by the dead Igor Karkaroff. I slip my hand just near him and pick it up quickly, as if at any moment he could come back to life. "It looks to be about 15 miles! We can't walk all that way!" Draco estimates. I hough in defeat. "If we don't, we're better off sticking knives through our own chests. Lets just start walking and see what happens," I suggest, pulling a black knit sweater out of my bag and forcing it over my head. "Are you cold?" I ask Draco. I've prepared things for him Harry and Ron as well. "No, i'm alright. But thanks," he says, half smiling at me.

We've only gotten about ten miles when I start feeling faint. It's dark and cold, we have no idea where we are, I can't seem to think straight. "Draco," I breathe, slowing down and bending over, my elbows on my knees. "Are you alright?" He asks me, alarmed. "Yeah, i'm fine I just need a break," I say, falling on my side. "Hermione!" He says, putting a hand on my waist. My head is on the cold dirt, and it's quite comfortable. "Sweetheart we've only got a few more miles. We're nearly there, and then we can find a hotel or something. I promise I'll get you there safe," he assures me. "Draco i'm so sorry but I can't go on," I say. I am a strong woman, but i've gotten about 2 hours of sleep in the past week, Harry's been completely mad trying find all these horcruxes, and my body can't take all this pressure. "Here, get on my back," he offers, kneeling down. "Oh, no Draco are you sure?" I ask hesitantly. "I have to get you to a safer area no matter what. It won't be that hard, climb on," he demands. I sigh, but sit up and latch myself around his torso as gently as possible. "Am I too heavy?" I ask. "No. You're just fine," he assures me. I lean my head into his shoulder and close my eyes, slightly afraid but completely aware that I'll be tucked into a bed somewhere tonight by none other than Draco Malfoy.
