Sorry for not posting for a while... Working on some other stuff. Enjoy!

Harry and Ron join us later in the day. "What's our plan of action?" Harry asks. We all sit there sort of dumbfounded because no one knows exactly what we should do next. After a while I have the perfect plan. "Here's what we're going to do. First, we clean up and we check out of this hotel. We go downtown and find some ministry workers, use polyjuice potion and sneak in to the ministry. We find Umbridge and get the necklace off of her and move swiftly out before the polyjuice wears off. What do you think?" I monolgue. "Are we sure thats all it takes, Hermione?" Harry objects. I walk over to the couch and put my fingers to my temples. "I think it could work," Ron speaks up unexpectedly. We all turn to look at him. "But i'm not going to the ministry with him," he says, motioning towards Draco. "Ron," I sigh angrily. "He's been nothing but awful to us all our lives at Hogwarts and now suddenly he's just confessing his undying love? Thats mad! And the worst part is you're believing him!" Ron yells, making me flinch unintentionally. When Ron sees this, his face softens. It's silence around the room as we all stand there with no knowledge of what to say or do. Harry raises his hand slightly and says, "I'm with Ron. Draco's completely unreliable." "Look. I know it's weird and almost impossible to believe. But trust me this is real," I finally almost whisper. Ron puts his hand behind him and reaches into his back pocket, thinking he is being stealthy. It's almost too late. "Avada Kedevra!" "Expelliarmous!" I disarm Ron before he destroys the one thing I can't live without. He looks like he's about to cry, and I'm about to cry too, so I run over to Ron and put my arms around his waist, hugging him close to me. The boys are looking at me from behind Ron and I motion for them to stand outside the room so I can have a word with Ron. Once they leave, Ron starts bawling. "I'm so sorry," he whispers into my shoulder. I stroke his ginger hair and try to quiet him down. "It's okay. You're okay," I whisper back. We sit on the couch and Ron tells me how he dreams of home and warm christmas breakfast with his family and Hogwarts. I agree there has been a lack of all of those things lately that I dearly hope ends before my life does.

"We're back." Draco and Harry walk inside, drying off their clothes and hair. The rain falls against our window with a somewhat melodic sound, relaxing my bones that are still ridden sore with the cruciatus curse's aftershock. Harry sets down a plastic bag full of coffee mix and one container of strawberries, our last meal before we set out. I grab a bag of coffee and pour it into the coffee maker included with the room, quietly flip it on and lay on the bed in me and Draco's room. Draco walks in moments later and I sit up. "The coffee's brewing when you want some," I say with a half smile. Draco nods and gets two mugs from the cupboard. He sets them down then walks towards me and pecks one right on the lips. "I'm sorry about what happened with Ron earlier," he says. "It's alright," I answer. Draco then kisses my lips again, but this time its longer and much more pleasureable. I lay down gently on the white sheets with Draco's forearms on each side of me. I wrap the fronts of my legs hungrily around the back of his. This Hermione Granger is much more dangerous than last year's Hermione Granger. I could very well die today, I might as well enjoy Draco while I can. My hands go to his shirt, his old white buttonup from Hogwarts he never got to change. The first button comes loose and Draco's hands are under my shirt feeling around for my bra fasten urgently. He finds it quickly and it comes undone, pleasure sinking into my body as I know what's about to happen. Draco's lips move down my neck softly, making me tingle and bringing a smile to my lips. Then he stops. "Draco," I almost grunt. "Don't stop." "I can't let you do this," he whispers, out of breath a little. "What are you talking about?" I bring his lips to mine and kiss passionatly. He gets lost again for a minute but then snaps himself out of it again. "Not yet. You aren't ready to make this commitment yet." I want to object, oh how I want to object, but he's right. Now just isn't right. "Okay. Just one more," I comprimise. He roughly juts his mouth into the base of my neck one last time and then we kiss, and it's over all too soon.

Oh, how love hurts.
