Chapter Thirty Four

"nasan ka ba?" tanong ni Sammy sakin nung sinagot ko yung tawag nya. ngayon ko lang binuksan yung iphone ko habang nagdridrive na ko pauwi sa manila.

"Pabalik ng manila." i answered.

"Wow. makasagot ka parang kanina ka lang umalis ah?! anyare sayo? bigla ka nalang nag MIA sa kasal ni Tiff."

"may pinuntahan ako eh."

"Ng Limang araw?!" she shouted. i chuckled softly.

"Mamaya na tayo mag usap. didiretso ako sa office. tinapos ko na yung presentation ko. sige na. Bye." pinatay ko na yung tawag.

nasa baguio lang ako ng limang araw. nagpapalamig ng ulo.at nagpapawala ng galit. ngayon kasi ayan nanaman kami. mag kikita nanaman kami ni Steven.

dumiretso ako sa office para sa proposal sa subdivision.

gusto ko na kasing bumalik sa Italy.

kaya pagdating ko sa Office sinabihan ko na si Laiza na iayos na yung presentation ko sa conference room. 

"Ma'am nasa conference room na po si Sir Steven." Laiza informed me when she entered my office again.

"okay. i'll be right there. Thanks Laiza."

"Sure Ma'am." binitbit ko na yung mga kailangan ko saka pumasok sa conference room. its been three months since i came back. and this proposal is for the subdivision that we are planning to build in Alabang.

pagpasok ko sa conference room nandun na nga si Steven. i gave him the folder for my presentation.

"No, this proposal is rejected." prenteng sabi nya saka binato yung folder sa mesa.

"You haven't looked at it tapos rejected? are you serious?" i hissed.

"i'm serious Alexis. your proposal is rejected." nakangising sabi nya. pinepersonal nya ko! Damn! nakakaasar. he's regarding this as a simple thing! bullshit.

"you can't just reject my proposal without looking at it?!" i hissed.

"believe me, Alexis i can. and i say this proposal is rejected."

"Why?!" i hissed.

"because i want to?" nakangising sabi nya.

i closed my eyes and counted one to ten.

"Then go ahead. reject my proposal for all i care. i'm gonna make another. and if you reject it again without looking at it. then i'm presenting it to our Dads." i said sternly and went out.

dumiretso ako sa office ko saka kinuha yung bag ko. Bullshit! nanginginig ako sa galit. how dare he reject the proposal that worked so hard for!

i know we've been pissing each other off for the past two months but this proposal is way out of our personal vendetta with each other!

Damn Him!

nangigigil akong lumabas. paglabas ko nandun ang walangya! "Where are you going?" he asked seriously.

i gritted my teeth "SA IMPYERNO!" i shouted and bump his shoulder.

sumakay agad ako sa kotse ko saka pumunta sa FT. instead na sa VIP floor ako pumunta dumiretso ako sa Penthouse. nandito na kasi si Venice. pagpasok ko dumiretso agad ako sa bar counter nya saka kumuha ng alak.

"Fvck! shit! Damn! asshole! Argh!" i hissed softly. sira ulong Steven yun! ang kapal ng mukha!
