The thing that was under the net was a grayish-brown creature. By its voice, it was female and only slightly younger than myself. The female creature had dirty, moss-coated fur, and smelled even worse than she looked. The thing that shocked me most about this creature, though, was that she was a wolf.
I had been hiding under the same rock for about 3 minutes now, unsure of what to do. The wolf I had caught only a few minutes earlier was still right outside my cave. Ok, Lilli. Calm down, I thought to myself. All you need to do is go out there and say hello to this new wolf. Maybe she knows how to get out of here. With that advice, I stepped out of the cave.
She was standing right outside. Unfortunately, I had not expected that.
"Ah!" I screamed, embarrassed.
"Oh, sorry, didn't mean to scare you. So you DO talk! I had thought you were a mute!" she teased. At least, I thought it was teasing. I didn't know if this stranger was actually trying to be playful, or had enough idiocy to think that there was a WOLF that didn't make NOISE.
"No, I just don't talk that much," I said in a slightly irritated tone. I don't think she got the message, though.
"Anyway, my name's Grasshopper. What's yours?"
This wolf was very interrogative. I decided that two could play at that game.
I know its kinda short I just needed to update tho.
