Lucy's currently pressed into the fence that seperates her from the stage when she could be watching the show comfortably backstage like she's done so far. But Ally said this would make Lauren happy so here she is, fans asking for a selfie every few minutes while she's pushed around the rest of the time by people that don't recognise her.

She decides to take out her phone, the fear of Lauren not even noticing her in the large crowd  too overbearing.

Lucy [8:04 pm]: Guess who's front row? :)

Lauren: I just peaked and I only noticed one person front row. Brunette, Latina, really pretty.

Lucy hates that she catches herself blushing. Another fan asks for a selfie before she gets a chance to type a response and she quickly poses, hoping she doesn't look too whipped in the picture.

Lucy: Camila's in the crowd?

Lauren: Nah she didnt look THAT pretty.

Lucy: I'm suddenly all the way in the back.

Lucy laughs to herself quietly at her own words before putting away her phone when she realises Lauren's not gonna respond and is probably too busy preparing for the show.

The show ended about an hour ago and Lucy's already a little tipsy, her best friend's band members all dancing around her to some urban song she's never heard before. As she watches the girls dance she makes a mental note to ask either Lauren or Normani about Normani and Dinah's deal later. And the fact that she can't decide whether to ask her childhood best friend or a girl she didn't properly befriend a week ago makes her feel a little weird.

All of this is weird really because this entire night she couldn't keep her eyes or mind off of Lauren meanwhile she's been distancing herself from the girl by hanging out with all her friends instead of her and although according to literally everyone the distance is a good thing and Lauren needs to approach her and do the work, she misses the younger girl like crazy.

And for some reason seeing her perform from the crowd is different. It's definitely a better angle to watch her face light up whenever the cheers errupt or one of the other girls praise her for  a note or her eyes meet Lucy's and the older girl hates the metal barricades a little less for keeping her upright when she might as well have been on the floor in a puddle.

Her thoughts about Lauren are interrupted by, well, Lauren, because the door opens to reveal the girl looking even sexier than she had on stage and Lucy's throat goes dry for a second. She quikcly grabs her glass of wine from the table as Lauren approaches them and is handed a bottle by Normani. A bottle Lucy knows has Licor 43 in it, her own go to drink ever since Vero's 15th birthday party when they were still okay. and the fact that something as dumb as that can make something in her stomach twitch reminds Lucy of how real all of this is.

Before she knows it she's packed into a taxi that's really just a van. In front of her she hears loud rapping while even looking behind her makes her feel invasive because of  the way Dinah and Normani are sat there in comfortable silence.

Not that she has the need to watch anywhere but at the girl next to her who's currently looking at her with blown up eyes with her soft hand rubbing Lucy's thigh, causing her to stutter every once in a while as she talks about one of the philosopher she has to study for this semester's midterms.

By the time the taxi halts Camila's acting the way Lucy remembers her acting when she was still awkward and looking at Lauren like she'd hung the stars from the sky. Something Lucy recalls because of how angry it made her. And she decides to keep an eye on the drunk girl for the night as she grabs Lauren's arm possesively.
