It was a close call
A turning point
And though they
Were young.
They knew that this
Was the One.
Her mother cried
When she moved out.
But told them both that
She loved them dearly.
She knew that they were in love
And nothing could stop them
From being together.
She gave him all the tools he'd need
To fix her up quick for little things.
And gave him a hug
And a warning to
Keep her safe.
He noded and said he meant it.
But he could only do so much.
And he had yet to tell Jade
That new music
Was made.
And a tour would start
Very soon.
