Prologue

Rose's Pov (this'll be short)

It's been two years since Chrys joined the Marines. I missed her so much. Today is the day she might be coming back.

Leandre's Pov

Ever since Chrys left, Rose has been in a depressed state. I felt bad for rose as well as Chrys. Chrys didn't have a choice and was force to leave us. It pains me to see rose like this.

I sighed in sadness, "this sucks" I checked the time on my phone. We were gonna meet up together at the airport to wait for Chrys's arrival.

I got up and got ready to go. Once I was ready I drove to the airport where Heather and Rose were waiting. Ivy and Aster were with Rose. Ivy and Aster didn't change much but they graduated middle school. However due to thier grade being so high they got to go straight to collage at a young age.

Chrys would be very proud of them. They both agreed on a two year term of collage. Ivy went for arts while Aster went for teaching. They both were doing well and maturing more and more.

Rose didn't change much either other then her depression issue. Chief grew a little taller, her hair was to her shoulders. As for myself, I didn't change very much either.

I sighed once more and looked at them, "Hey guys" They looked at me and greeted me with a hello. "Ready to see Chrys again?" I asked them. They nodded.

Rose's Pov

I couldn't wait to see Chrys again. I saw her plane land and we went inside quickly. We walked around looking for her. "Looking for me guys?" Asked Chrys with a more rougher voice. We looked over at where her voice came from.

My jaw dropped at the sight of Chrys.

'Holy shit....'
