Matthew and I kept a distance. He didn't seem to mind the fact that he had his shirt off. He was getting winks and smiles, as for me, well I got dirty looks. It seemed to be that any girl would die to be me. Me, walking by shirtless Matthew. Well I would have no problem in letting them take my place.
We walked up to a shirt shop, that had graphic tees. Judging by what the shirts looked like, I knew I'd be spending quite a bit of money. But no way was I going to spend my money on a shirt for some douche bag.
His eyes scanned every shirt in the small shop. He pulled out a white one with a blue 'thumbs up'. I looked at the price tag. $35 for this, $35 dollars?! I rolled my eyes, done with this. I paid the $35 and stormed out.
"Tyler!" He yelled from behind me. "Excuse me?" I turned around, running into his chest. "Ow." I said, rubbing my forehead. "Eager, are we?" He said with a smug smile. "For you? You wish, Espinosa." I scoffed at him and continued walking away.
I made it back to the concessions. Chelsea was sitting at a table with my snow cone. I grabbed it as I said "I spent $35 on that douche." She giggled. I mimicked her laugh, then later laughing about it with her.
After finishing, we walked around some more. I didn't even realize that we had spent most of the day here until the sky began to change colors. It was 5:30 and the sky had began to change to a orange.
We walked down to the ferris wheel. I guess this was the only "ride" I could handle. So we decided to go on. We placed ourselves in the not too lengthy line.
Right in front of us Matthew and his friend. I believe Taylor was his name. Taylor was in a few of my classes. He was nice even though he was part of Matt's 'group'. I couldn't lie and say that he wasn't attractive. He was. But he we would never click in that type of way.
"Hey Zoe. Hey Chelsea." He smiled, unfortunately directing Matt's attention to me again. "Have you met Matt yet?" He asked, clueless of what had previously happened. "Yeah." I mumbled, in a bland tone. He got the message that I was not very fond of Matthew.
"Oh." Taylor said, finding this awkward. As we made it up to the front of the line, I had second thoughts of riding this tall ferris wheel. "Um, I don't want to go on anymore." I whispered to Chelsea. "What?" She frowned. "Um I'll go." I mumbled.
Taylor sat in the small box shapes compartment. Matt leaned down to tie his shoe, showing his American Eagle boxers. I rolled my eyes, once again. "I need one more person to ride with him." The guy said, not noticing Matt. "How about you mam?" He turned to Chelsea.
"Um no you see I-" She said nervously. "She'll go." I quickly said, pushing Chelsea into the box with Taylor. I said I'd get back at her. I smiled at her. 'I'm gonna kill you.' She mouthed. I laughed, as they moved up.
Matt was next, and went into the box. I completely forgot the fact that Taylor and Matt were gonna ride together. Shoot. "And you're with him?" The guy assumed. "No, I was just leaving." I began. "She's with him." Taylor and Chelsea yelled from above me. Chelsea winked at me.
"No really, I am not interested in this." I said, not wanting to admit that I was scared of riding a ferris wheel. "Please get in mam." He urged, as for I was holding up the line. I sat in, with the door closing behind me.
Perfect right? I am stuck on a giant ferris wheel with Matthew Espinosa. This was going to be a long ride.

Hey guys! I was asked to update soon, so I did!
So um in my fanfic, Taylor and Matt are friends and go to the same school. Also Matt is a bit of a player and douchebag.
Matt is most likely not like this in real life, but um this fanfic is inspired off of an event regarding my personal life. So stuff is relating to that and same with characters. I hope you don't mind. Thanks for the reads! Don't forget to vote and comment. (:
