Chapter 5

" You guys ready?"

"Yeah ready to go back to the place that emotionally scarred me."

"Don't worry Austin. After this we won't have to go back ever again."

"That is the sentence every teenager wants to hear."

"But not every teenager has the power to send lightening to the exact place you want it."

"It hasn't changed at all."

"We have."

"I really don't want to deal with this today."

"What's up Skye?"

"Nothing just a lot of bad memories reside here."

"Let's get it over with then we can go home and just eat ice cream."

They all stood in front of the school doors. No one reached for the handle instead they all looked at it. Almost like it was a snake rather than a door handle.

"So no one's going to go for it?"

"Maybe it'll magically open by itself."

"Just because we have magic, it doesn't mean doors are going to open themselves Chad."

They all stood silent as the door opened.

"Okay maybe there is magic that can  open doors."

"Or the doors are automatic Zach."

They hesitantly walked in. There were display boards and trophys covering the main reception area. All they needed to do was get to the music room around the corner.

"Zachy! Is that you?!"

Kirsty Daniels oh no.

"Oh hey Kirsty."

"Where have you been? Everyone has been wondering.................... better question why are you hanging out with these losers?"

"Losers? I know she didn't call us that right?"

"Yes I did. What you gonna do about it ummm Ava right?"

"Uh oh"

"You shouldn't have said that. Skye!"

Skylar, Austin and Chad surrounded Eva checking to see if she was in control. Her eyes were slightly changing.

"Eva don't listen to her. She's more fake than her hair colour."

"Exsqueeze me?! Who are you talking about freak?"

"Listen why don't you back off? You see those two girls have had enough of people like you and so have I so if you would like to 'exsqueeze' yourself, please do."

Nicely done Austin.

"Maybe you should've stayed dead."

"What did you say?"

"Nothing we're leaving."

"We're?"

"Yeah. Me and Zachy"

Kirsty wrapped her arm around Zach. Wrong move. Before Skylar could do anything though Zach went over to talk to her.

"Hey. What if I go and distract everyone? You know what they're like. They'll make a huge commotion."

"I don't want you to but it's a good idea. However of she touches you once more, I will not be held responsible for what my magic does."

He started to leave with Kirsty when she tried to link arms again. Skylar did warn him. So the boy who was standing next to her 'accidently' spilt all his water over her head. Somehow there was a lot more water than what was in the cup.

"Skye? Look at us."

Her eyes were normal luckily. Zach smirked and walked off while Kirsty stomped away.

"Nicely done Skye."

"Thanks Austin."

"By the way I loved the 'exsqueeze yourself' that was awesome."

"UGH exsqueeze me freaks. Who does she think she is?!"

"Regina George?"

"Maybe she's a Heather?"

"Either way she looks like a clown now thanks to Skye."

"Round of applause!"

They started to clap.

"Thank you I'm here all week."

"Well one day does count as a week here."

"Let's get to that music room, find what we're looking for, grab Zach and get out."

This is just a short chapter because I haven't had time to write and I needed to upload. I don't know how long it'll be until I upload again but hopefully before next week.
