The Skunk Ape is a large, ape-like creature that gives off a putrid smell, hence its name. It is said that it inhabits Florida, North Carolina and Arkansas, although reports from Florida are the most common. Many people claim that it inhabits mostly swamps. Reports were mostly common during the 1960s and 1970s, the creature seeming to pop up everywhere. However, the United States National Park Service has claimed that the Skunk Ape is a hoax.
How do you kill the Skunk Ape?
If the Skunk Ape is indeed half ape-half monster, then you may have some trouble on your hands. The wisest course of action would be to either shoot it with a rifle or trap it. But since this creature is not of common origin, it may have hightened senses or great intelligence
