~Hiding in the closet in CJ's room~

Scariest thing about a home invasion? Not knowing if the people you love is okay. To aviod hearing the loud crashing, banging, and screaming, I covered me ears with my hands. My dream was right, I should've just warned them about this. I mean how can I, if I would've told them, they're going to think I'm crazy.

While I was too busy being buried deeped into my thoughts, I smelled something like rubber burning. At first, I thought it was the invadtors setting the house on fire, but it was way worse than that.

When I turned over to see where was the smell of smoke and burned rubber was coming from, what I saw was a flame forming from my sister's turned over hand which caused the rubber from her rain boots to catch on fire. So what was the humane thing to do? I freaked out which caused her to freak out.

"Put it out! Put it out!" CJ kept screaming. I grabbed the nearest thing near me and I started swating the flame away which, didn't work. Through the entire time which felt like hours, I slide the closet door open just a crack and I saw a man wearing all black, but I realized it wasn't a man. The man was see through like a ghost. Black light thingies, I'm guessing orbs sworld around him like a dark tornado. The shadow like figure went through CJ's things, her bookcase, drawers, and her desk. I sighed on relief, but I relized that the shadowy figure was coming towards the closet. I quickly closed the closet door and CJ shook my arm.

"What's wrong" She said. "Who's in my room?" CJ demanded. Before I could tell her anything, the closet door slid opend and the shadowy figure was looming over us. It was too late to figure out a plan because, the dark figure grabbed my sister's arm and pulled her out of the closet. I gaither up all of my courage and yellled, "Let go of my sister!" I think what I did was a reflex, because when I waved my hand the dark figure went flying across my sister's room.

"Jason, how did you that?" CJ asked with a mixture of fear and awe.

"I don't know." I grabbed my sister's arm and the two of us ran down the stairs and saw to male figures on the floor laying stiff and lifeless.

"Aunt Sarah, Aunt Jennifer!" I shouted. We looked around the house and saw Jennifer on the floor. She didn't look lifeless like the two men in the middle of the hallway. She was more in an unconscious state. And the two men? After CJ and stepped over their lifeless bodies, their bodies dissolved leaving a pile of ashes in the hallway.

"I'm here!" A voice shouted with a mixture of a groan. The voice sounded familiar and it was coming from Jennifer's room.

"Stay, here." I told CJ.

"What, why?" CJ demanded.

"So that you can take care of Aunt Jennifer."

"What about the man, upstairs?" CJ asked. "Figure something out, I'll be right back." I left the poorly lit living room hoping that I won't bump into any furniture, Grandma's antiques, and my mom's wedding china.(yes my grandmother kept my mom's wedding china.)

I followed the voice down the hall and saw Sarah trying to cover up a really bad gash on her arm and groaning in pain.

"I'm fine, but we need to get you and Jennifer out of here." I wanted to ask a bunch of questions but, the look in Aunt Sarah's eyes ment; find Jennifer and my mom now, ask questions later.

"Where's your sister?" Aunt Sarah asked as she tried to get up. With her bad arm, Aunt Sarah pushed down her arm and fell back down and winced in pain.

"With Aunt Jennifer."

Aunt Sarah tried to get up again and sat back down.

"Stop trying to get up." I looked around for Sarah's bathroom for a first aid kit. All I can find was a bags  full of green, and brown ground up herbs.

"Okay, Jason do you see a bag of full of herbs?" Sarah asked.

"Yeah."

"Okay one of those bags are labeled as Rosemary, do you see it?"

"Uh-hu."

"Good and bring the, lavender."

"Which one's lavender?" I asked.

"Its purple!" I grabbed the bag full if sweet smelling lavender.

I ran out of the restroom and quickly sat next to Sarah on the side where her arm and legs was injured.

"Okay use a pinch of lavender and mix in with the Rosemary." I grabbed a small amount of Lavender and put it the Rosemary bag and shook it up. As I kept shaking the bag turned into a bright purple color.

"That's great now sprinkle it over my arm and leg." I did what Aunt Sarah said and sprinkled it on her arm and over he leg. The gash on her arm and leg started to go away to the point where no one can see the dried blood  on her arm and leg.

"Come on, let's check on CJ."

Sarah and I ran out the room and saw CJ sitting next to Aunt Jennifer shaking her awake.

After a few attempts, Aunt Jennifer finally woke up and looked around the room and she started panicking.

"Where's CJ and Jason?" Aunt Jennifer asked.

"We're right here." Aunt Jennifer carefully got up and pulled me and CJ into a bear crushing hug.

"You, got a lot of explaining to do." CJ said as Aunt Jennifer pulled us out of the bear hug.

"We will, right now wear getting you out of here."

"Let me grab my bag." CJ said as she ran upstairs.

"CJ don't, Jason go get your sister!" Aunt Jennifer yelled with a shaky voice. I ran upstairs after my sister, I saw that she had her hot pink satchel thrown on her shoulders and I stopped in my tracks in front of grandma's room and so did CJ.

"What, CJ what is it?" I asked. And then I saw what she was starring at. Grandma on the floor laying lifeless with her pale green eyes rolled up to the point you can't see them anymore. A dagger stuck out of her back, and the dresser drawers were open, some were on the floor, and a ring box was opened and torn. CJ ran over to grandma's lifeless body and started crying, hard.

"W-who...w-w-why?" She sobbed. I neeled down next to her and held her. I tear fell down from my eyes and I heard a loud crashing noise.

"Stay here." I said.

I left grandma's room and followed the direction where the crash came from. Even though my legs felt like led and kept going and stopped once I saw the same shadowy figure. A wave of anger crashe crashed down on me like, the waves crashing into the rocks during a storm.

"You killed me grandmother," I said. "You'll gonna pay for this." My voice got low, low enough to be a growl.

All of the sudden I was surrounded by blue flames that stretched over and made the shadowy figure disappear.

"Jason?" I turned around and saw CJ standing their with Aunt Jennifer and Sarah.

"We should probably go."
