I was dreaming of nothing until a man with black hair, hazel eyes, and pale skin appeared. I already know who he was by pictures and very descriptive details from Aunt Sarah. Just hearing her fawing over him kind of made me sick to the stomach.

"Dad?"

"Hello Cassandra Joyce," Dad said.

"Please, don't call me that." I sighed.

"Right," He said. "As much I would to catch up with you, but we really need to talk."

"About?" I demanded.

"Let's take a walk."

The dream changed to this very beautiful garden with all types of wild flowers, poppies, roses, and lavender. The sun shined through the gray clouds, and the water sparkled beautifully.

"I remember this place," I said. "Grandma took me here on my birthday."

"As you can see my ring has been stolen."

"Let me guess, you were watching?" CJ asked.

"Yes and no but, your grandmother filled me in."

"She was up there?"

"Yes and still naggy has ever but, that's not the point." Dad placed his hand on my shoulder and smiled.

"Just please be careful, as much as your mother and I would love to reunite with you and your brother." Dad sighed.

"Just be careful."

"What about the ring?" I asked.

"You'll find out more when you're much older." I rolled my eyes.

"Okay, dad."

"I love you and tell Sarah that I know that she used to like me."

Okay ew. I thought. I put on my best fake smile.

"Okay daddy, I will."

"I got to go."

With that, dad kissed my forehead and disappeared, leaving me stund and confused. I was shooken awake and Jason was standing in front of me.

"What?" I asked groggily.

"We're under attack."
