Before I lose a sister, I would like to finish telling this chapter. So, yeah the guy in the businesses suite is our evil uncle. The one who killed our aunt and then our parents a few years ago.
So after that introduction, CJ and I were lead into ballroom with polished floors, and beautiful glass stained windows.
"My my, look how much you've grown." So main question, do I hate this guy? The answer is yes, every fiber in my body. He wasn't like any other villian that you see in the movies. He's more different than that, yes he lives in a poorly lit palace but still to me and I have this feeling about this but, he has something more up his sleeve.
"How long has it been, eleven, twelve,"
"Thirteen." I muttered.
"Ah yes, thirteen years ago."
Tenebris smirked as he saw me and my sister struggling to be free. Accentually, I broke free and blue flames swallowed both my arms.
"Let us go."
"Now now, let's not get too hasty." With the wave of Tenebris' hand, I went flying across the other side of the room and my back and head hit the brick wall.
"Jason!" I heard CJ screamed. I finally got up and charged at Tenebris. He lifted his hand up into a stop like motion and I frozed in mid air.
"I swear you're just like your father," He said. "Weak, hopeless." For some reason that really pissed me off. So what I didn't know anything what my dad did but, I know he didn't die in vain.
"Don't talk about my father that way." I hissed.
"Kill them." Tenebris said as he snapped his fingers.
A large group of Shadow Trackers surrounded me and my sister and a flash of bright light came from the other side of me and I saw Dallon with his black and sliver wand in his hands.
"Thought you guys needed help." He smiled.
There was another flash of bright yellow light from another crowd of Shadow Trackers and CJ was blasting light from her hands as her sun necklace glowed.
"Help me, please!" CJ shouted.
Dallon and sprung into action and started blasting light at Shadow trackers left and right until there was too many for us to handle.
"There's too many!" CJ shouted.
"CJ, the vail!" I shouted. As quickly as she could, CJ went through her satchel, pulled out the vail, and smashed on the ground. The shadow trackers that surrounded us all dissolved and turned into a piles of ash.
Tenebris starred at my sister, me and Dallon with awe.
"How about we make a deal?" He asked.
"No." I protested.
"Yes."
"CJ."
"What's the deal?" CJ asked.
"Your powers for the ring."
"CJ, no!" I grabbed her arm. As usual she never listened to me. She yanked her arm away from and stuck her hand out to shakes Tenebris'.
"You got yourself a deal," CJ said. Tenebris was about to shake her's but, CJ yanked her arm away like she did with me.
"First the ring."
"What you don't trust me?"
"The ring or no deal." She was actually good at this surprisingly. I never seen this side of CJ. I actually kind of like it.
"Powers first, or no deal."
CJ looked at me like I knew what to do but, to be honest I don't. No one's never taught me how to deal with a revengeful uncle and a twelve year sister who's about to give up her powers just to get dad's ring back. But, I trust CJ and I know she has a plan, hopefully.
"Deal." CJ murmured as she shook Tenebris' hand.
Okay I didn't know if you were watching this or not, but what I saw was as Tenebris and CJ shook, I saw her slipping the ring off his finger and put it her back pocket of her jeans. That crafty girl!
"Now you're powers." Tenebris said.
"Yeah about that, I lied." CJ said cockly.
"Foolish girl!" Tenebris shouted. Lighting busted out of Tenebris' hand sticking CJ down.
"CJ!!!!!" Dallon and I both shouted CJ's name in unison.
Dallon rushed over to my sister's aid while, stared at Tenebris with rage.
"You're gonna pay." I growled.
"I do believe that your sister was the one who paided." I looked over at CJ's lifeless body pale body.
"If she's dead I swear to god."
"What you'll kill me," He said. "You don't have the guts." That really pissed me off even more.
Well most likely I might die from what I'm about to do soon, so stay tuned for the next chapter.
