Jin and Namjoon would occasionally go out for dates without the others knowing, saying that they were both doing different things or simply pretending they were going to do some shopping or something. Tonight, was one of those times, Namjoon had arranged a table at a nice restaurant for the date. The thing was, it was a little bit of a fancy restaurant, making it harder for them to say they were going shopping with the clothes they had on. In the meantime, a couple more guys had joined the dorm in the last couple of months, they weren't as sociable however or cooperative as the others, forgetting it was a group and not a solo.

A Namjoon didn't particularly like, nor trust them as much as Yoongi and Hoseok, but he figured it'd be alright. Plus, there was always a chance that more people could join in the upcoming months. Namjoon was just fixing his tie as he pulled his coat on, hiding the neat button up shirt underneath, all that was visible being his trousers. Just as he was combing his hair over, Hoseok came into the room, "Do you have a spare charger? I lost mine somewhere and those guys are asleep in me and Yoongi's room, I don't want to get yelled at again for waking them up". "Yeh man, over there" "Thanks, ooh your hair looks smart, where are you going?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, "Uh.. Well I just thought.. Might as well go out for the night.. Considering Jin hyung already went out, I'm a bit bored in here so-".

"Ah, I see... You're going down to that local bar aren't you?" he asked, "Uhh... Yeh, you got me!" he said, pretending to be worried, putting his arms up in surrender. "Don't worry I won't tell the manager, you're like what 17? You can have a drink" Namjoon nodded, going along with his plan, "Just don't get too drunk or I won't be able to lie very well" he said, laughing as they walked towards the main door. "I won't, promise. I just wanted a change of scenery. Anyway good luck here!" he waved Hoseok off, walking quickly down the stairs to meet Jin. "What happened to you?" he said, pulling Namjoon over to an alleyway, leading them out onto the main street. "Sorry, Hoseok started asking stuff.. Anyway let me lead, I've booked a nice place". It was nearly the end of the year giving the air a crisp coldness, frost almost everywhere. Several months into their training and time at the dorm, the couple were exhausted.

There had already been two people who joined the dorm and then left, seems like only the four of them had managed to stick it out the couple of months, the current newcomers not having been there as long. Training was hard, especially when the teachers weren't exactly the nicest of people. Hoseok offered to teach the three dance privately on the side since - to be honest - he was much better, and he also hated the way the elders looked so hurt everytime they got scolded for not being able to do certain dance moves. Though, some way or another, they were all managing.

"This is such a nice place!" Jin said, sitting down and excitedly looking over the menu. Namjoon took off his coat, making Jin stare at how handsome he looked in his outfit, laying it on the back of his chair before sitting down. "Umm.. Thanks for bringing me here Namjoon.. I haven't eaten properly in a while" "Neither of us have, we're just too busy, anyway try not to think about that and enjoy tonight" he nodded, and they both set about picking what they were going to eat.

Once the meals had arrived, Namjoon brought his coat back into his lap, reaching into one of the pockets, "I have something for you Jinnie.. I think you'll like it" the elder looked over the table, getting a glimpse of some paper, then his face fell as Namjoon handed him two envelopes. "This is... Oh my god.." He said, reading the return addresses, his mother had sent him a letter as well as Namjoon's family. He grinned, watching as Jin ripped open the envelope, of course reading his mother's first. His eyes became watery as he read across the paper, how she wished for him to do well and that she was in fact going to travel around the world a bit, to make him happy. He quickly put the paper away as to not ruin it by crying all over it, covering his eyes with his hand a second. "You alright?" Namjoon reached a hand out, grasping Jin's other hand tightly.

He nodded, going to open the other envelope, Namjoon's mother had written of how they were all proud of him, and of course Minnie had to write a section, saying how she was rooting for her handsome oppa to do well. He laughed slightly, wiping his eyes before getting up and hugging Namjoon. "Thank you, I love you so much, you don't know how happy this makes me" "It's alright hyung, anything for you".

Then they ate dessert, sharing a nice big slice of chocolate cake, though Jin was a little out of it. "I didn't upset you did I? I mean I would've given you the letters back at the dorm this morning but those guys were there and I figured you wouldn't want them asking-" "No no, it's okay... I just, really miss them all... Your family feels like my family too, you know? And this is a lot harder than I thought it would be..." Namjoon felt bad.

Jin had it the harshest of the rest of the members since he needed extra coaching on both dance and vocals, they tended to get quite annoyed with him. "Jinnie, you know it will get better, just you wait, hopefully those two idiots will leave before too soon, and we'll get nicer people for the group, once we debut, we can be a nice big family and you'll be living your dream!" "Yeh.. I guess you're right" he sniffled, taking his hand again and kissing it. "Thank you".
