A few days passed and I was still confused about everything. Teddy was back at Andromeda's house thankfully. But not even he could help me take my mind off of what happened with George and Mrs. Weasley. Everyone thought I should've gone back to the shop but I couldn't bring myself to it. It was nearly Valentine's Day when I came to my senses. I apparated back to the joke shop in my pyjamas and everything.

"George! Ron!" I shouted as I opened the door.

"Bollocks, Gianna." Ron said. I went over to him and hugged him. Not a well-received hug.

"Where's George?" I asked.

"He's in the flat."

"Do you think he'd want to see me?"

"It's been like a week." Ron said. "I think you're safe." I gave him the thumbs up and started climbing upstairs.

"George!" I said as I knocked on the door. Right then, I realised I was in my pyjamas looking amusingly bad. I apparated back to the inside.

"You realised you look dreadful?" Ron asked. I nodded.

"I'll just change and come back." I said, Ron saluted me and I apparated back to Andromeda's and changed quickly but before I could leave she appeared on my doorway.

"Where are you going?"

"To the shop."

"Really?" She asked.

"Well, yes."

"Not today." Andromeda said. "Narcissa is throwing a birthday ball." Oh no.

"Please, Andromeda. It'll be quick." She thought for a second and then spoke up.

"Go." She said. "You have two minutes. If you're not done I'll come get you." I nodded and changed into a dress and apparated back to the shop. There stood Ron and George but his back was facing me.

"I swore I heard Gianna, Ron." George said. "What the hell?" Ron pointed at me, George turned around.

"I only have a minute so whatever." I said and hugged him. George didn't really return the hug until I felt someone tug both of us. Of course, this was all part of the plan. George, Andromeda and I apparated to Malfoy Manor.

"Oh no." George said. "I'm not going in there." Andromeda rolled her eyes and just left us outside.

"Can you at least sit here for a second?" I asked.

"I'll think about it." George said and chuckled.

"I'm sorry." We both said in unison.

"You go first." I said.

"I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions." He said. "I shouldn't've listened to Angelina, she doesn't even know you." I sighed. The moment of truth.

"She wasn't wrong." I muttered. "I wouldn't use the word love but... the feelings are there." George just looked at me. "I must go inside now, grandmother is waiting." George sighed.

"I'll come with."

"It's okay." I said. "You don't have to. I'll talk to you tomorrow."

"Are you sure? I mean, we have a lot to talk about."

"Sure." I said. "You choose." He opened the door.

"Ladies first." He said. I entered, with him close behind. I received stares from everyone. A few reconciled Death Eaters were there, the Pucey's, the Montagues, Greengrasses.

"Uncle George!" Teddy shouted and hugged him. Narcissa and Lucius looked even more shocked. I grabbed George's hand and got closer to Narcissa.

"Sorry about this." I said. He squeezed my hand and smiled awkwardly. "I'll let go in a second, let me just establish the fact that you're here with me before they start talking rubbish." Narcissa and Lucius approached me. "Hello, Aunt Cissy. Happy Birthday."

"Cheers, Gianna."

"What are you doing with a Weasley?" Lucius asked.

"He's my friend." I said and looked at George. "I invited him."

"Boyfriend." He said. I glared at him and shook my head.

"I'll just go see grandmother." I said and let go of George's hand. "Please just stay with Andromeda and don't tell anyone else that you're my boyfriend."

"Are you ashamed of me?" He said frowning.

"Of course not. I'm the one with the crush, aren't I?"  I said. "I just don't think it's necessary to lie." I went up to my grandmother's portrait.

"Hello, grandmother." I said.

"Those robes are horrendous."

"Thanks." I said and rolled my eyes.

"So, is it true you're here with a blood traitor?"

"I am one, grandmother."

"You're weak."

"Thanks." I said. "He's also a Weasley." She gasped.

"What are you trying to do to this family?!"

"Oh, come on!" I said. "If we get married we'll have pureblooded kids! Isn't that what you want?"

"No! Too many traitors."

"It's not like we don't have any!" I said. "Lovely seeing you. Cheers. " And with that I left and I finally saw Draco.

"What's George doing here?" He asked.

"Nothing." I said. "It was a mistake." Adrian Pucey approached us.

"Gianna." He said.

"Hey."

"Hi." George said and stood next to me.

"Weasley." Pucey said.

"Gianna, you reckon we could talk?" George said. I nodded and we went to the garden. "So you like me?" He chuckled.

"Shut up." I said. I sighed. "Yes and I know you don't like me but I couldn't really keep it any longer." He smiled, in that moment I swore that I saw a glimpse actual of happiness.

"I wouldn't say I don't like you." He said. "You're great and everything but..."

"Yeah, I know. I know." I said. "There's always a but."

"I still love Angelina." He said. My heart sunk. "Until I'm entirely over her I can't guarantee an us." I nodded.

"That's good...Whatever." I said. "It's okay. I won't keep you here any longer." He opened his mouth to talk. "George, If I decide to leave London, I have something to show you before so remind me." I opened the door to the inside and left.
