Part XIII Lets stop this

Kiki's POV

"Zen, what did you do to Shirayuki?" I asked bluntly.
"What do you mean? I didn't do anything to her. She has been gone for almost two years. I haven't even gotten to see her that much." Zen said.
Kiki, what do you know that you aren't telling us." Mitsuhide asked worriedly.
"I still cant be certain, lets go and see the chief pharmacist." I stated running down the hallway with Zen and Mitsuhide not far behind.
When we arrived, the chief pharmacist, Garack, was asleep with her head on her desk.
"Excuse me, Garack, we need your help." Zen said politely.
"Yeah yeah, what is it?" She said slowly waking up.
I put the pills from Shirayuki's bag on to Garack's desk.

Zen's POV

"What are those?" I asked impatiently.
"These are Lotus pills, a women takes these when she is pregnant to lessen the effects of morning sickness. These are extremely hard to obtain since they take decades to make." Garack said curiously "Where did you get your hands on this?"
Is it okay to tell her that Shirayuki had these in her bag? I guess we should since she helped us out. "We found them in Shirayuki's purse." I said quietly.
"So what your saying is...." Garack mumbled
"Shirayuki is pregnant." Kiki continued.

Soba's POV

"Phoenix..." I was so speechless.
"I fell in love. Maybe I was being a fool, but I don't regret anything." She said so calmly. "This child I am carrying if proof Zen and I's love for each other."
I pulled her into an embrace and said "I'm sorry, please forgive me." I felt tears start to roll down my face. "I didn't know anything at the time. I loved you and I still do, but I'm too late, aren't I?"
"You never had a chance to begin with." She whispered to me as she also started to cry. "You've given me everything I've ever wanted, and truly I am grateful for all that you have done for not only me, but the other mages as well." Suddenly her tone changed to a more serious tone. "Don't you think its time to end this farce?" I looked at her with a blank stare. "What's the real reason for this tournament of yours."
"Truth is, there was never one to begin with. I just needed a reason to get you back home." I said seriously. "I need your help."
"With what?" She asked bluntly.
"My country, Crystalia, one of the most powerful kingdoms right now, is at war. Ever since you left, our military has weakened. You were always on the front lines, fighting every day, without you, we can not win this war." I said.
"Fine, lets make a deal. I will go with you and win the war for you, but in exchange....

Obi's POV

Ive been following their carriage for a while now. Their conversation has been very interesting, first shirayuki is pregnant, now she is gonna go fight a war to protect her old king. Master is not gonna be happy about this.
