It's really warm and my arm is numb.
Why is it so warm?
Wha... Oh Masako is laying on me. That's why I can't feel my arm.
She's so beautiful.
I don't want to wake her up nor do I want to move.
We have to get up soon.
We're taking Sarah to the park today.
"John?"
"Good morning beautiful." I replied smiling.
"Good morning." She yawned.
"Are we still going to the park today with Rosi and Sarah?" She asked.
"Yup."
"I'm glad we are." She said softly.
"Me too."
"Do you think we will see a kangaroo?" Masako suddenly asked me.
"Um well I don't know maybe." I replied laughing.
"What? Why are you laughing?" She demanded trying to stifle her laughter.
"A kangaroo?" I asked incredulously.
"Well yeah! I want to see a kangaroo!" She yelled playfully.
"Ok you'll see a kangaroo!" I exclaimed laughing.
"Really?!"
"Yes!" I exclaimed.
"Ok I'll hold you to that." She said poking my cheek.
"Ok."
"Masa?"
"Yeah?" She asked.
"We should probably get up and get ready." I replied.
"Yeah, we probably should." She mused.
"You don't want to get up either?"
"Nope." She said popping the 'p' .
"Well, I guess we can just lay here a lil while longer." I said giving into my exhaustion and pulling Masako closer.
"John?"
"Hmmm?"
"This is nice." She whispered.
"Yes, it is."
"Do you think Sarah is awake yet?" Masako inquired.
"Probably. Everyone is most likely heading down to eat breakfast."
'Knock'

"John do you know where Masako is?" Ro yelled through the door.
"She's in here Ro. What is it?"
"Oh! Ok well both of you get up its breakfast time." Ro yelled through the door.
"Ok we're getting up." I replied.
"Do we have too?" Masako asked
"Yes we do. C'mon." I replied sitting up.
"Ok. Do you know what we're having for breakfast?"
"No clue. But if Charles fixed it then we better hurry down before its all gone."

"Good morning!" Sebby exclaimed as me and Masako walked into the dining room.
He sure is in a good mood.
"Good morning Sebs." I replied pulling Masako's seat out for her to sit down and then sitting down beside her.
"Plans?" He inquired.
"Um well me, Masako, Ro, Sarah, and probably Yasu, are going to the park."
"Oh that sounds fun!" Sebby exclaimed
"It does." Mai added.
"Would you like to go?" I asked Mai and Sebby.
"No, I have to work." Sebby replied sadly
"Mai?"
"She can go. The investigation does not officially start until tomorrow anyway." Naru stated
He lied. They started he started the case yesterday.
"Really?! Thank you Naru!" Mai exclaimed.
"Ship!" Sarah exclaimed pointing at Mai and Naru causing everyone to laugh.
"What about y'all? Do any of you want to tag along?" Rosi asked the rest of the group.
"No thank you Rosi. We already have plans." Ayako said gesturing to the monk who was sitting beside her stuffing his face.
"That's all right. Nana? Grandfather?" I asked.
"I'll go if that's all right with you!" Nana exclaimed.
"Of course it is!" Me and Ro exclaimed.
"I have paper work to do." Grandfather replied getting up from the table.
Ok.
"Mom? Aunt Shelly?" Rosi asked.
"We're going shopping today. Sorry." Mom answered.
"Char? Will you go?" I asked.
"Master Jonathan I would love to go! I will fix us all a lovely picnic." Charles said smiling brightly.
"Yay! Picnic!" Sarah yelled.
"Oh how I've missed your cooking Char!"
"I'm glad you like it Jonathan I recall that my chocolate chip pancakes were always your favorite." Charles said smiling.
"Yes they... Wait! Did you just! You called me Jonathan! Not master Jonathan! Finally! Seventeen years of telling you to just call me Jonathan...or John and I have finally succeeded! Thank you." I exclaimed sounding like an idiot but I don't care.
"You're quite welcome master Jonathan." Char replied smugly causing everyone at the table to laugh and my smile to drop.
"Char! Why? Do you hate me that much?!"
"On the contrary sir... I happen to like you a lot." Charles replied smirking.
"But..."
"Eat your food John. I'm going to pack the picnic." Char said walking to the kitchen.
"You all heard that right?" I asked in shock.
"Oh that was great!" Nana exclaimed laughing.
"I give up." I mumbled.
"Hey John?" Mai asked.
"Yes Mai?"
"Do you think we will see a kangaroo?" She asked.
Why do they all want to see kangaroos?
"You will all see a kangaroo before the case is over." I mumbled.
"Why do they wanna..." Ro started.
"I don't know Ro."

"Brother I wanna go on the swings!" Sarah exclaimed pulling me towards the swings.
"Ok princess. Let's go."

"That one!" Sarah exclaimed.
"Ok, come on." I said picking her up.
"Hey John!" Nana called.
"Yeah?"
"We're going to find a perfect picnic spot!" Nana replied.
"Alright. We will be right here!" I called as they turned and walked off to find the 'perfect' picnic spot.
"Brother push me!" Sarah exclaimed impatiently.
"Alright princess hold on tight."
"Yay!" She squealed as I pushed her on the swing.
"Higher! Higher!" She giggled.
"Ok." I said pushing the swing again.
"Brother? Who's that?" Sarah asked pointing to a man standing beside the fence.
"Um.. I don't..." I started to say.
Oh no.
"Sarah come on we need to leave." I said as soon as I saw who was watching us.
"But brother!" She whined looking at the man beside the fence who just smiled and waved.
"Now!" I demanded. I may have hurt her feelings but I'm not letting that bastard get anywhere near my little sister.
"Oki." She whispered lifting her arms up for me to pick her up. I picked her up and we started walking away.

"Hey we were about to come after you two." Mai said looking up at us.
"Well now you don't have to." I replied with a fake smile.
"Is something wrong?" Rosi asked me.
"Yeah! We saw a creeper watching us!" Sarah exclaimed.
"Do you know who it was John?" Nana asked.
Should I tell her.
"No. I don't know who he was. I just had a bad feeling and decided that we needed to leave." I lied.
Of course I know him. I wish I didn't know him.
