"I'm R-ruby Jose Delgado" Ruby said amidst tears, Oscar was speechless, he just looked at her in silence.
just then Rufina rushes in seeing what was happening she quickly pushed Oscar away while Ruby bursted out in tears.
"Oscar what did you do to her?" Rufina asked angrily looking pissed off.
"Rufina, she has to go" Oscar answered
Rufina knew whenever Oscar called her name like that he was serious, but she couldn't send the girl away like that at least she needed to get better.
"And why would I send her away?" Rufina asked starting to feel scared
"Common stop arguing with me, she's leaving now " Oscar said getting more irritated
"No, she's not going " Rufina shouted at him.
"Why don't you ever listen to me, why are you always stubborn"
"Why are you so secretive, I'm not a kid Oscar, if something is wrong tell me"
"This is not the time, she has to leave for your good and for Velvet"
"Fine but let her stay for few days to get better" Rufina pleaded
"Rufina" Oscar said frustrated
"Please"
Just then they heard a loud bang from the kitchen.
"Where's velvet?" Oscar demanded while bringing out his gun.
"S-she's, i left her in the kitchen" Rufina stammered
"What?,i told you never to leave her alone" Oscar yelled at her
"get down"
"W-why" Rufina asked
"I mean now" Oscar ordered
Rufina and Ruby quickly got down while Oscar made his way out of the room to the kitchen.
The kitchen was disorganized and velvet was no where to be found, he walked over to the sitting room to see the door slightly opened, he peeped through to see two men forcing velvet into a black BMW, he quickly got out but it was too late, they we're already gone and so was velvet.
Rufina quickly ran out of the room when she heard the gun shots while Ruby followed her. She saw Oscar walking In with anger visible in his face.
"Where's velvet?" Rufina asked trying to fight back tears
Oscar was silent and Rufina knew what that meant velvet was gone. She slowly fell on her knees bursting into tears. Oscar hated seeing her like this, Rufina had always being a strong woman no matter what, he went over to Ruby who was standing behind her and pushed her to the wall.
"Where the hell is she you bitch"
"I don't know, i swear i'm innocent " Ruby said while crying
"You still won't confess?,then you leave me with no other option"
Oscar brought his gun to her head and was about to pull the trigger when he heard a familiar voice.
