Chapter twenty-Eight

"He's handsome" Leila said looking at the little boy in Rufina's hand
"Yes, he is" Rufina said kissing his cheeks
"What's his name?" Leila asked her
"Nat, Nathaniel" Rufina said looking at her baby
"Are you still planning to get back at them?" Leila asked carrying Nathaniel away from his mother
Rufina didn't say anything, she just nodded her head.
"Rufina" Leila said slowly rocking Nathaniel
"I kept on wondering how I survived it all, the gun shot, Velvet's death, his birth and everything, I think about it everyday, I was living a normal life with my daughter, everything was just perfect until they came and took it all away from me, but I'm gonna make sure they pay for it" Rufina said bitterly
"How will you feel when your son grows up to know you destroyed his father and his family?" Leila said returning Nathaniel back to Rufina
"Leila it's my daughter we're talking about here, she didn't deserve it, she wasn't at fault" Rufina said close to tears
"What if, just what if velvet is still alive?" Leila asked
"She was shot right before me, I saw it all, what do you want?, see her body is that when you'll believe?" Rufina asked almost yelling
"Do you trust Diego that much?" Leila asked
"He's her father and your brother" Rufina yelled at her
"And so f*cking what?, does that makes him a saint?" Leila yelled back at her
"My mind is made up, and I'm not doing this for just me, I'm doing it for velvet and everyone that has suffered injustice in their hands"
"You're just like him and I hope you don't regret your decision later on" Leila said before walking out of the room angrily. Was she really like him, no she wasn't, she wasn't like this before, they changed her, they made her like this, they took her only source of joy Velvet and she couldn't let it slip away. The memories kept on flashing in her head, the day velvet was killed, how she was killed, she didn't deserve to die that way, the only thing that had kept her going was her anger and the burning desire in her to get back at the Delgado's.

"Heard you took that b*tch away, hope you dealt with her properly?" Leornado asked Aldo in his office as soon as he came back.
Aldo just looked at him without saying a word which made leornado angry
"Don't test my patience young man, do you have the document?" Leornado asked him
"Who is he?" Aldo demanded
"Who is who?" Leonardo asked raising a brow
"Who the hell is that bastard of yours? Aldo yelled at him
"Ohh" leornado said sipping his glass of wine
"Ohh, Ohh, Ohh" Aldo repeated sarcastically "who the hell is he?"
"Why not get the answers from your source" leornado said nonchalantly
"Make sure he stays hidden forever or else.......
"Or else what?, i can see you've been snooping around with Marianne" leornado said getting up
"Marianne?, was that the reason you locked her up?, to shut her up?" Aldo asked
"She's a pain in the ass and you're starting to be one also"
"What right do you have?, do you think you have the right to toy with people like you did with Alvarez?" Aldo said angrily
"I do what I want you idiot, this is my Mafia, my empire and you'll do as I say" leornado snapped at him
"Not anymore, you've ruined a lot of life's and I won't stand still any longer"
"We Aldo, we've ruined life's together, do you think you're any better?, you killed Fiona, you killed Michelin or do you want me to go on?"
"I take responsibility for my actions but you, you run away from them, Fiona died thanks to you, you killed her leornado, you killed the damn girl and made it look like I did, you killed Tiara also, didn't you?"
"How did......
"I saw it, I saw everything, you killed the woman I ever loved but I let it go, but now I'm not gonna sit back and watch you hurt anyone unnecessarily again"
"So what the hell are you gonna do?" Leornado yelled at him
"You're gonna leave and live a quite life" Aldo said going to seat on the chair his father stood up from
"You bastard" Leonardo said lunching towards him punching him hard on the face "everything belongs to me, you can't take it away from me" leornado shouted at him "i got rid of Adriana, Alvarez, Fiona and Tiara, what makes you think I can't do the same with you?"leornado said holding Aldo by the neck
"You can't get rid of me that easily leornado" Aldo said smirking at him which got him more angry
"He is the only Delgado, the rest of you are bastards and Adriana did she think that she could tie me down with you fools" leornado said with an evil laughter "she got what she wanted, what she des.... Before he could finish Aldo sent punches to his face "don't you dare disrespect my mother, don't you dare" Aldo said angrily
"Does it hurt?, does the truth hurt?" leornado said with that evil smile still on his face "I replaced Alvarez so i can do that with you also" Aldo continue sending punches in his face, leornado also did the same before the door opened and Damian entered making them stop. Damian helped his boss up while the other with him helped Leonardo up.
"Bethany, Gareth, Nathan, Damian and George will escort Mr leornado Jose Delgado here to Acapulco" Aldo said cleaning the blood from his nose
"What do you think you're doing, who do you think you are?" Leornado yelled at him
"Nathan will go get his stuff and he'll be leaving today"
Damian nodded and signalled to the other guy with him to go get the rest. Few minutes later Nathan, Gareth, Bethany, George and few other men entered the office while Damian dished out the orders. Leornado was taken away forcefully to their ranch in Acapulco.
