Forty-Three.

Normani's POV

I'm not really feeling this camp situation. You would think that since Y/N, Beyoncé, and Javier put this together would be staying in a really nice place, wrong this place sucks. We sleep two to a room and we don't get regular beds, we get bunk beds. The bathrooms are pretty basic. But there's a kitchen downstairs so I'm guessing we get home cooked meals which is a good thing. Y/N is probably at home sleeping in her big ass bed laughing at us right now. What did we do to deserve such horrible treatment?

I was sleeping so peacefully until I heard some big footsteps coming down the hall.

"Alright sleeping beauties wake the hell up! Today is the first day of your brand new lives! You have ten minutes to get dressed and be downstairs! Let's move it ladies! Time waits for no one!" Javier screamed into the megaphone.

I looked up at the alarm clock by the bed at the time was 5:30. Ally and I got up and looked at each other. "This is some bullshit." Ally said.

"Mmhm." I said.

I got my hygiene products and towel then went down the hall to the bathroom. When I walked in Lauren was brushing her teeth and she was fully dressed,

"How in the hell are you already dressed?" I asked.

"One, I didn't sleep two the damn last night. Two, I took a shower last night because I knew the bathrooms were going to be crowded this morning. And finally, I'm trying to make the best out of this experience and you girls should so the same." Lauren said.

"Right." I said sarcastically.

Since I had less than ten minutes to get ready I took the quickest shower of all time. After I took a shower I put my hair in a ponytail and brushed my teeth. I went into Lauren's rooms and to see if Dinah was awake and she was still asleep. I pinched her asscheek and that woke her ass up.

"What the hell Mani? I'm trying to sleep." Dinah said.

"There's no time to sleep there's less than five minutes to get ready. Now wake the hell up!" I yelled.

I went back into my room and got dressed. I put on a pair of joggers, a long sleeve shirt, a hoodie, and my Roshes. I don't know why but I have a bad feeling about today. Ally and I went outside at the same time, we took a seat on a long and waited for Dinah to come out. Ten minutes later Dinah decided to join the rest of us.

"Well you girls are already off to a wonderful start. Dinah what did I say about time?" Javier said.

"Ten minutes." Dinah said.

"That's right, you have ten minute to get up and get ready in the morning but  you decided to catch up on your beauty rest. Now because of your actions your bandmates have to suffer. Drop and give me twenty. I want regular push ups not the girlie ones." Javier said.

"Thanks a lot Dinah." Lauren said.

"Yeah thanks a lot, babe." I said.

We all got down on the ground and did our push-ups. By the time we got to five I was already tired as hell. When we got to ten Ally asked, "How come the rest of us our doing push-ups when Dinah was the one who didn't follow the rules?"

"Good question Miss Hernandez and the answer to that is very simple. You're a team, you work together as one. Each one of you are a reflection of each other. So in order for you to accomplish anything you have to learn to work together." Javier said.

"What's next?" I asked.

"Running, now follow me ladies." Javier said.

Javier took off running into the woods and we had to follow him. It's too early to be doing all of this running shit. Lauren and Ally were right on Javier's tail while Dinah and I were struggling to keep up. The sun was starting to come up so we were able to see our way a little clearer. Off in the distance I saw what looked like an obstacle course. This Javier lead us out of the woods and straight to the obstacle course where Beyoncé was waiting on us.
