I avoid eye contact with my two superiors that are sitting across from me and instead of striking up a conversation like a normal person would, I stare out of the window. Not because I want to look outside, I'm staring through the window because I can clearly look at Levi's reflection without getting in trouble.
I watch silently as Levi pulls out a dagger and starts rubbing the non-existent dust off it before looking out his window and resting his chin on his hand.
I can feel my legs start to swing out of boredom and then suddenly Hanji laughs, causing both me and Levi to turn our faces towards her.
She's looking at me and covering her mouth with her hands.
"Oi, shitty glasses, what are you laughing at?" Levi asks Hanji with his monotone voice as he reaches over the cart and pulls her head in his direction. Instead of pulling away Hanji just mumbles something through her fingers with a giggle.]
Levi tch's and shoves Hanji away from him again, I'm just watching in confusion, I have no clue whats going on.
"Speak clearly woman, I don't have the botheration to concentrate on your annoying voice" Levi says and Hanji nods her head and points to my feet that are still swinging slightly.
I look down, half expecting a large roach to be sitting on my shoe.
'Nothing's there' I hear the voice in my head say and I nod slightly.
"I noticed..." My hand shoots up to my mouth as I realize that I just answered to the voice out loud and people were around. I flick up my gaze to Hanji and Levi.
The Captain was just staring at me with a slightly concerned expression, not concerned for me, he looked more concerned for the person sitting next to him who was still giddy from whatever she had laughed at. I clear my throat nervously.
"S-so what were you finding f-funny?" I manage to stutter out and immediately Hanji bursts out laughing again, causing my face to turn red as I realize that she's laughing at me.
"Your feet don't even reach the carriage floor! That's so cute!" Hanji squeals and my face heats up with my anger. But before I can say anything that I might regret later, Levi interjects with a tch.
"Do you have a problem with short people, four-eyes?" LEvi asks her through gritted teeth and Hanji backs up while wiping a tear from her eye.
"Not at all Captain, but don't you agree that she's cute?" Hanji fires back at Levi and I listen for his answer. I'm disappointed when all he does is turn back to the window and rest his chin on his hand.
"I'm not sure how to answer a question coming from someone who was about to kiss the brat" He says with his usual voice and I look back at the window to look for an expression without being obvious.
"My bad!" Hanji says happily but by now neither me or Levi are paying her any attention.
Just as I think I'm in the perfect position to see Levi's face he turns his body around at looks at me dead in the eye through my window.
I blush and look down at my hands.
'This is going to be a long trip'

As soon as I take a step off the carriage I am swarmed with other members of the Survey Corps, They're all asking questions at different time such as;
"Is it true that you're becoming an assistant to Humanity's Strongest Soldier?!"
"How much do you know about the Captain?"
"Are you and the Captain in a romantic relationship?!"
I open my mouth to reply when suddenly I feel two large hands wrap around my waist and pull me into a strong embrace.
"Wha-?!" My voice is cut off when the large person starts spinning me around in their arms.
"I've missed you so much (f/n), how could you run away from me?!" my blood freezes as the large man places me back down onto the ground and turns me around to face his smiling face.
Erwin Smith
I'm about to turn around and leave again when I notice a tear start to form in Erwin's eye, he laughs slightly at my stare, causing my cheeks to go red from embarrassment. I start to look down at my feet but Erwin gently pulls up my chin to look me in the eyes as he leans down.
"Still as short as ever I see" He says with a smirk and I continue to blush.
"Regardless, I am curious, are you and the Captain in a romantic relationship?'' I take a step back in surprise as Erwin asks me this question. I shake my head, becoming lost in his vibrant blue eyes.
"N-no sir" I manage to stutter out as my (e/c) eyes start to get distracted by his blonde locks.
Erwin grins at me and I snap out of my trance as I realize that my every move was being watched by an entire crowd.
'Come on, think! How do I get out of this situation without getting Erwin mad?!' My thoughts are racing as I try to think of some way to escape.
"Tch, hurry up brat, you're making me wait" I hear a monotone voice say behind me and I spin around, to meet with the Captains icy glare.
'I'll thank him later, he looks rather annoyed right now' I nod my head and follow after Humanity's Strongest Soldier.
My life is going to be far different now.
