Despite conditions, Ghost couldn't be happier to gave her kids back. It didn't matter how many kids he had after them, he'd always regard the twins as his babies. They did have their duties around the manor to tend to, so Ghost had to leave them for a small while. As he walked out of their room, his smile fell in an instant.
Shae and Felix struggled to keep Knox under control as they dragged him down the hall. He rarely ever got violent like this. The only time he fought was when they tried to force feed him. As soon as he realized that's where this was going, he began to struggle like Hell. He'd never gotten away from them. Even if he did, he didn't know where he'd go. He didn't struggle to get away in all honesty. It was more of a statement to show his hatred for this.
Knox's orange hair was covering his face too much for him to notice Ghost. His mother definitely noticed him though. The sight was gut wrenching to him. Felix looked up for a minute at his mom. He offered him a sympathetic smile, knowing how much this was killing him to see. With that, the aid urged his coworker to move this along quicker.
Jasper glanced at Knox and the aids in passing them. He continued walking down the hall and stopped in front of Ghost. "I'm sorry you had to see that." He said.
"It's okay. The others warned me he wasn't well. Am I allowed to know? What happened, and what's wrong with him?" He asked.
"Of course," Jasper replied, "You are his mother, after all. I'd much rather have this conversation in private though. My office can get a little... Stuffy. I'd much rather show you the indoor garden, if you'd like to join me for some tea."
Ghost softly smiled, "I'd love to. Let me check in with my husband real quick, then I'll be out."
"Take your time. Ask Angela to show you the way when you're ready." He continued to walk, leaning his weight on his cane.
Jasper's age was definitely getting to him. That was something Ghost had taken note of quickly. No one dared to say exactly how old he was, but he would've had to have been over six hundred years old. While he continued off down the hall, Ghost headed upstairs to the bedroom they'd been given to stay in.
Currently Ricky was busy watching their daughter play with her toys while he read a book. Nothing very different from an average day back home. He finished off the page he was on, then set aside the novel to address his wife as he walked in. Ghost knelt down beside Annabelle to check on her. She could remain so happy throughout this all. He found that quite amazing.
"Are you okay?" Ricky asked delicately.
"I don't know." He murmured, "I just saw Knox for the first time. I didn't talk to him, but... I just can't help but wonder where we went wrong." With a sigh, he stood back up, "The warden wants me to go have tea with him in the garden."
He raised his eyebrow, "There's a garden?"
"Apparently. He's hard to read. I can't tell if he just wants to help me with the kids, or if he wants something else."
Ricky set his hands on Ghost's hips, pecking his lips. He curled his finger under Ghost's chin, making sure to use his left hand as not to touch him with steel. "You know I trust you to do what you need to. Ryan and I discussed it last night. There's something not right about this place. We both agreed we'd do whatever we have to to get information."
"Oh, I see how it is." Ghost smirked, "Wouldn't be the first time you used my feminine wiles against an enemy."
"If it makes you feel any better, I had to talk Ryan into sleeping with the chef. He's also going to take the same route with two patients, but I want to clarify that he's doing that of his own accord." He said.
