In the peaceful realm of Vanaheim, Qrow Manor houses their criminally insane. Though it is a place to avoid, Ryan realizes entering the gates will be the only way to bring some peace back to their broken family. Unfortunately, everything comes at th...

Angela peaked her head back into the library, checking to make sure she wasn't interrupting anything before she walked in. She cleared her throat to make her presence known, informing them, "They'll be down in a minute."
"Thank you." Ryan replied.
"You know, I really should be telling his doctor about this..." She nervously said.
He stood up, slipping his hand around her butt. With a uniform as short as hers, it wasn't hard for him to reach all the way under her. "I don't think that's necessary, Sweetheart. Besides, I'm sure they all have much more important things to worry about. Wouldn't you agree?" His typically tranquil eyes flashed red for a second.
Angela sighed, "Probably, but-"
"Babe, it's fine." Ryan trailed his hand up her back to make her shudder. He smirked at her as he pulled away, leaving a lasting impression. Wandering over to the window, he asked, "Is that a garden?"
"Yes, it is. There's quite a lot of crops out there, too. Paris prefers to cook everything extremely fresh. Besides, most the natives don't eat the kind of food we do. Joan takes care of both gardens. We have one inside and one out. Some of the others will help her when they can." She explained.
"Hm, yeah, I guess Norse Gods, mermaids, and sirens don't have much use for things like that. That's all that's really here, right?" He asked.
"For the most part. There's some other lesser creatures that're all peaceful." She replied.
"If you don't mind me asking, how does the building have power and pluming? Doesn't seem like something anyone else here would have."
"I don't know the exacts of it, but the building has it's own power source. As for water, there's a lake full of fresh water at the foot of the mountain. A river flows into it, so we don't ever have to worry about running out. The water is fed up here... Somehow. I really don't know much about that sort of thing." Angela laughed softly.
He smiled at her ignorance, "It's okay. I got the basic gist of it." He turned his head in response to the door opening. "If you wouldn't mind, giving us some privacy?"
"Of course." She quickly scurried out past Ghost and Ricky as they entered.
"I haven't seen that dress on you in years." Ryan complimented Ghost, "I guess you took my comment last night to heart."
He could act so nonchalant, it was disgusting sometimes. The couple was stopped dead in their tracks as they just stared for a moment. They had yet to see how grossly thin and depressed their son had become. He was practically a skeleton. For a mother to see that, it was gut wrenching.
"Knox," Ghost approached him slowly, scared he'd turn him away.
He felt his mother's hesitantly. Knox pushed back his chair, standing up to leave. This was exactly what he'd feared. Ryan may have been able to talk him into doing this but he knew he shouldn't have.
