Later on Shawn had told me to meet him at his house instead and that when he got home he wanted to see my 'beautiful face' to be precise.

I made my way to his house, I knocked on he door waiting for someone to answer.

"Hello sweetie, come in" karen says.

"Hey Mrs Mendes. Shawn wanted me to meet him here if thats okay with you?" I ask in a polite manner.

"Yes sure! Why are you not at school, are you okay? she said with a smile.

I smiled back " Its a really long story" I said. She made her way to the couch and patted the seat next to her signalling for me to sit down.

"You can talk to me about it sweetie" I love Karen, she is one of the loveliest women alive.

"Basically this girl called Kayla Rose-" I got interrupted.
"Kayla, Shawns ex girlfriend oh dear" Mrs Mendes said, since when did they date eachother.

"Anyway, Kayla she had been bullying me for so long and today I wasnt really feeling it so she strted to do it again and obviously I was going to defend myself so thats what I did. Your Shawn looked very entertained from it" I said with a smile just thinking about him.
"So now ive been suspended for the day but Kayla has it for the whole week" I laughed.

"Oh well hunny, I might just have a word with your principal about this since it was only self defence" she stated clearly not happy with the past event.

"No Mrs Mendes its okay" I gave her a side hug.

"Call me Karen, youve known me long enoigh for it" she said whilst rubbing my back as comfort.

Just then we heard keys shuffling from outside and I just knew it was Shawn so before he could fit the key into the lock I opened the door from inside to surprise him.

We hugged "Hey mum" he said to his mother as he kissed her head "We are just going upstairs"

"Bye karen" I said winking at her, making her laugh due to the fact I can call her by her first name.

We entered his room and a just jumped onto his bed and getting under the sheets so I could make mysef comfortable.

He came and laud down next to me, I rested my head on his chest "You didnt tell me that you dated Kayla?"

I raised an eyebrow waiting for an answer. He awkwardly coughed and starte scrathing the back of his head.

"Er yeah. It was a while ago but dont worry about it. Theres nothing between us anymore" he says clearly worried that Ill go off on one.

I just kissed his pink plumped lips and said "Goodnight mendes"

He laughed and said "Goodnight baby"

Just as my eyes became heavy I heard him say "Im so glad we gave this a chance. Youre the love of my life"

He thought I didnt hear but "I love you" I whispered hoping he would be shocked that I heard him when I was supposedly asleep.

I slept in his arms with the biggest smile on my face.
