" Everyone let us welcome today's hottest young star and probably the most bankable. Lindsey! " The female host Emma Smith announced. Audience scream as they see Lindsey come up the stage. The twenty five years old lady was all smiles for the audience and camera alike. Wearing a signature chic Floral dress that fits her long and svelte body perfectly. " Hello every one are you all just fine today?" Lindsey started as she seat on the couch. " Yes!!!" The audience scream. " I like your dress" Emma uttered " Oh thank you Emma " Lindsey responds " Mind my asking the brand? " The host inquired " Oh this is Dior a gift from one of my sponsors " Lindsey " What a generous sponsor " Emma
" Oh yes I feel blessed for having them. Mrs. Ramos of Pandora skin care thank you for this" Lindsey added shortly. Emma thought surprised at Lindsey' s sudden mention of her clients company didn't move. Their TV station prohibits uncredited plugging of brands. She will be reprimanded for this. Rain, Lindsey' s manager tried to stop her from doing it through the Mike lapel but she turned it's reception low.
Later that day...
" Look what you just did today? Ellen got reprimanded and so she will be taking a vacation for a month" Rain yelled at Lindsey. Both of them are inside the dressing room. She has a show to catch in the next couple of hours. " I'm sorry okay. But you did not remind me the rules before we get there this morning " Lindsey responds as she put on diamond earrings. " Goodness Lindsey you have been in the station for what ten years and you tell me you don't know " Rain was furious with her reason. "Hurry up guys! We have yet to rehearse" They heard the show director say. " Anna put on my make up now" She calls to the her personal make up artist. " Right away ma'am" Ana replied. Few minutes passed and Lindsey was all smiles for the lights and the audience. As the tune of the latest dance single airs.

Lindsey went home past midnight that day. It was the only time that she turned on her phone. As soon as she reached her sleek penthouse. She proceeded to her room, where she knew she left her phone. Lindsey took a stretch over her lavish Queen size bed then picked her phone at the bedside table.
There were more than ten messages and three missed calls. The messages were mostly from Aries her longtime boyfriend who is in Turkey for a businesses trip. The calls were from him too. She scrolled the messages once more until she saw her Papa' s message. " what could it be?" She thought to herself.
Her Papa is cold towards her. She can be the last person on earth that would interest him.

" Luisa I don't want that neon headed writer snooping around the lab and asking personal questions towards your tita Rita and your brothers. I think we are clear that no flash of camera or any ray shall meddle with my family's life" her Papa said. The station might've been doing a surprise for her 25th birthday. That unfortunately dismayed her father.

There was just the four of them there. Her father, Tita Rita her Papa's wife and their two sons Lean and Leonard. Lindsey's mother left when she was eight. Aries and Lindsey have known each other since grade school at the International educational institution they both went. During high school they were friends then eventually couple. The crew then picked their equipment while the rest of the cast paused for few minutes of meeting with the program director. Soon bystanders flocked the cordoned shooting location. They raised cardboards bearing Lindsey's name and her leading man. "Lindsey we love you!!!" They screamed. She looked towards them then smiled. One fan gave a hand signal for a selfie. Which she obliged joyfully. She walked towards them. A male security tried to stop her by extending his arm but she was persistent " If you will excuse me remove your arm" She ordered the security. " I'm sorry Ma'am " The security bowed.

" Happy birthday!!! " The staff and her colleagues yelled in unison as she entered the room. They have just finished taping the last scene for next week 1st episode of Loving You the top rating soap where she plays the lead role of Rose. She knew that her colleagues are going to throw a birthday party but she didn't expect it today. Then they rolled the VTR as their director John handed her the bouquet. Many gave their greetings mostly were from her fans club. Saying how down to earth and caring she is to her fans. Next were their bosses from the network company where she belongs and last are greetings from her close friends and last was from Lean And Leonard saying how much she is loving and sweet to them. She thought a message from her Papa follows but to her disappointment the video tape turned black which means the end. " Sorry we tried to approach your father to give his message but he resisted " Mia their shows head videographer explained. " It's okay Papa is camera shy. He's scared of getting discovered and his company might become bankrupt " Lindsey kids to hide her disappointment.

" You are here!" Lindsey screamed when she saw Aries sleeping on her bed " Did I surprise you? " He inquired as his gaze did not leave Lindsey's lovely face. "Of course I do" She responds then she hugged Aries before she gave him a long deep kiss. " Ah you miss me badly" He teased her " I'm sure you too" Lindsey replied kissing him again.
" Tell me how's your trip? " She asked Aries while she was waiting for the bacon to be cooked. Aries paused from slicing the ripe mangoes. " Oh it was fine, but I guess it was better if we were together " Aries said sweetly " Really?" Lindsey responds then hugged Aries by the back " very true mahal" He replied holding his girlfriend closer. " How's things are going with your business there? " She inquired she now stands by his side. " Everything's well. I found a partner there. But unfortunately I have to stay there most of the time" Aries
" What? How about us? " Lindsey got worried " Relax okay. I can still come here often like once or couple of times in a month " He explained " But that won't be enough. You know how much I value our time together. Goodness I can't imagine being lonely on that bed without you for a long time" Lindsey
" Hey all this are just for a short while. When my business gets stable I' ll just stay here with you. You'll get used to it and besides this is for us" Aries " I don't, but you know how much I despise being away from you. We have parted before and I don't want it to happen again" Lindsey " Just trust me okay. Before I go back to Turkey I'll spend the next couple of week here in your home to make up to you okay." Aries utters Lindsey just breathe deeply.
